They had a rough est. of about 150.00 they said they'd call in a week if it was going to be more. After 2 weeks I called them. Still didn't have a new price. another week I again called them. Now it's up to 450.00 Again I had to call and find out if it was done. After more then a month I got my machine back and It is running.

I like Tony's Mower Shop and Trains honesty. If you have something wrong with whatever you take in there they'll give you an honest evaluation and if there's something wrong, there's something wrong with it and if there's nothing wrong, there's nothing wrong with it. They are probably the most honest company I've dealt with. I took my tiller in and it was running really fast and then it would shut off, so Tony thought that it might be the carburetor which was $56 to repair. I took it in and he said he thought that's what it was, so his man Ben went over it and found out that there was a leak in, I think, the gas line or air line and it would cost $11 to get it fixed. They could have easily told me they rebuilt the carburetor, but they didn't do that. Ben told me it was that air thing and it was $11 and that was it. I also have had that experience with them before when I've taken stuff in. I took my lawnmower one time and Ben just turned the screw outside and didn't even take it into the shop. He fixed it right there in the parking lot for free and I was on my way. They are just honest as the day is long and are just great.

This summer my lawn mower stopped working. I needed pick-up and delivery service. I called a couple of other places who told me it would be a week or two before they could even pick up the mower. When I called Tony, he not only charged less for pick-up and delivery than either of the other places, but he said he would pick it up the very next day. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He kept me informed of the work he was doing, and brought the mower back about a week later. He was very personable and gave me some useful tips on taking care of my mower. It runs perfectly now! I will definitely call Tony again if I need service on my lawn mower.
