Description of Work: The gentleman that performed the work complained about the job be bid too low. Our Carrara marble use to etch when acidic items were placed on the marble but now we are dealing with plain water causing the marvel to etch. I contacted the sales person to inquire about the seal and he suggested I speak directly to the guy who performed the work. Apparently the company sub contracts the work they sell and the guy that did our job never told them he completed the job and he never paid them their portion. We basically got caught in the middle of the companies issues and the work performed wasn't worth the money. We are having a new higher priced company redo our marble counters

Description of Work: No work was done. I spoke with Mike a few times and thought he was going to get back to me with a quote after he asked me to scan and email a layout of the job. I sent it twice and tried to follow up with mike. No answer so I left detailed message on answering machine. Never heard back from him???? I hired another company.

 + 0 moreOnce I saw that great reports on Angie's List, I called Mike and said I'd like an estimate. He was very busy and asked if I could draw a picture of my counter top with approximate measurements, and send it to him. He would call back with an approximate estimate. I asked if I could fax it to him and he said that would be great. I sent a fax the next day and about a week later he faxed me a contract. In it he gave an approximate cost and indicated that we should go to another countertop gallery to pick out our granite. He said they would show us granite in the price range he had quoted us. When he got the granite choice he would send us a firm estimate. I went to the gallery and picked out a style, but later found out they didn't have enough of the style to do our job. The countertop gallery did a lot of work trying to find us that same granite; in the meantime, my husband went to look at my choice and saw another granite that it turned out I liked better than my own choice.
Description of Work: Mike installed granite counter tops in our kitchen.

 + -1 moreThey were very helpful and knew what they were doing. Everything was just great. They were also very artistic and I am very happy. I would definitely use them again. They were well worth it in every way.

 + 2 moreSpectacular from top to bottom. Mick came, listened to our ideas, and took them to the next level. He carefully created templates of all our surfaces, took measurements of our under mounted sinks and left. He came back about a week later with all surfaces and back splashes. Everything fit perfect. You can hardly see the seams. Mick has an incredible attention to detail, something I would doubt other granite fabricators could compete. He is an absolute artist. He custom cut everything by hand. As an added bonus, he took spare 1/4" granite and made 4 small mickey mouse heads to place around our guest bath shower. Evey one who sees it is amazed.
Description of Work: Installed kitchen countertops, bathroom countertops, and master bath tub and shower deck. Also inserted Mickey Mouse shaped granite tiles into our Mickey Mouse bathroom.

 + 0 moreVery professional, meticulous, and efficient. Close attention to detail, even came back promptly to correct depth of backsplash when faucet clearance turned out to be a problem. The price was reasonable for the quality of the work performed. I have used this company before and intend to use them again.
