It went well with the valve being replaced the same or next day. They came out with in a half day, but had to order the replacement valve. They also repaired affected drywall.

Excellent. Then my creaky old house wouldn't cooperate and they made 2 more trips out to make it work. Awesome honest men of their word!

We came home to no water in the middle of March 2015. We confirmed with the township water department their main had not broken. It was determined our main water line had broken somewhere. After testing the water pipe connected to the city service it was determined that our pipe was lead and also ran under a concrete slab that our home sits on. Several plumbers were recommended and called. We wanted a local company and Puckett and Company Inc. came out promptly and surveyed our situation. The job entailed running new copper piping from the city connection in front of our home by trenching and laying the pipe on the side of our home. The pipe then came into our home through a closet, had to run into our attic and down the center wall of our home into our main water line. Mr. Puckett and his crew were always professional and courteous. They always answered questions promptly and our quote came to us quickly and was the most reasonable. Even though this job was very involved, Puckett and company provided the most reasonable and prompt service. Due to problems beyond Puckett's control involving our township, we had problems with our water pressure after the job was completed. Mr. Puckett and his crew were prompt to respond and advocate for us with our township, in an effort to resolve our problem. He did not charge us until our water pressure issue was resolved. Without Mr. Puckett, we are sure this issue would still not be resolved and we appreciate his perseverance in this matter. We would recommend Puckett and Company Inc. for any plumbing job. I am so thankful I let my neighbors guy come over, and help me. I was disgusted by the lack of knowledge and professionalism of this company. They were highly recommended so I fully put all my trust in them but in the end I probably didn't need the water heater and that was about 650.00

First I want you to know that this happened a few years ago Tech showed up and was unable to get the drain flowing in any way. We were in my basement using his power auger to clean out the line. We were getting no where. The line was draining but very slowly. I live in a 100 year old house with no idea where my sewer line went to. After trying to get my line working he called the city for any info to where my sewer lead was or where it connected to the main. He was told it probably went around the side and connected to the main in front of the house. Removing his auger from my house lead in the basement he mention that their was dirt on the auger and the old clay pipe was no good and should be replaced, and they could bring in a backhoe and start that tomorrow. We did find a clean out at the side of the house so he set up to auger that, at that time another worker showed up and they stood around talking. After a while the tech augered the new line from the clean out at the side of the house, nothing no change, drain still draining slow. At no time was I told that I was being charged by the hour, I expected to be billed the 89.00. The tech left saying he would be back the next day to dig the sewer up and fix it he then said a lot of old house had a septic tank and that might be my problem. After he left I went to clean the basement which was a total mess form the sewage that flew everywhere when he was removing his auger. After cleaning up the mess. I called his office and cancelled the next day, after what he did to my basement I could just image what they would do to my house. I excepted to be billed 89.00 dollars as I was quoted that price for a sewer clean out over the phone. What I got was a bill for 340 some odd dollars for 3 hours of work for two techs while one did the work and the other did nothing but stand there and talk. Well I didn't pay when I talked to the lady at their office she said that was the going rate for two techs for the hours worked. I refused to pay, no one told me I was being billed by the hour. A couple of months latter a billing agency contacted be wanting the money. I wrote them a letter stating what had happened and included a check for the 89 dollars I was quoted and have not head from them. My neighbor did use Puckett when they first moved in a couple of years ago and he did tell them that they had a neighbor (me) that didn't pay his bills. He messed up there place too But they losses in court What happen to me was quite a few years ago they may have changed to the better but I won't use them.

I told you this in the first box. I have no complaints! Work has been done at two properties: 12886 Martinsville Rd. and 12910 Martinsville Rd. both of which are in Belleville, MI.

Inspected a leak in a home we were considering purchasing. Their assessment was fair, honest and very helpful. Their estimate for the potential was reasonable and on the low end of our expectations.

It went very well. The service person was courteous and worked hard to get the three items completed in 1 to 2 hours time. A year later, the faucets and the laundry tub continue to work as expected.

We have been using their services for quite a while and have always been pleased. When we can get the service scheduled, they always arrive on time. If it is an emergency or a night or weekend, they tend to charge closer to $100 per hour. I feel that that is a little high, but it seems to be the going rate for a plumber.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE. THEY ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB. THEY WORKED VERY HARD. IT TOOK THEM A FEW DAYS TO FINISH, BUT IN THE END IT WAS WORTH IT. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES VERY WELL.
