Puck Plumbing

We used Puck Plumbing for all our plumbing, Compressed air, Argon and Natural gas at our new facility in Livonia, Lara and her team were great, I could not have been happier for their performance and dedication they put into competing their portion of the job. I would tell everyone that you won't go wrong with Puck Plumbing, they are excellent.

The job went great i got to tell you this, my Appointment was for Friday. So about 5:30 Thursday they called me ask if they could come over I said yeah I got the job done in no time I was so happy day early Wow Thank you Puck Plumbing.

LARA COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER. HOT WATER TANK WENT OUT LATE ON A SATURDAY NIGHT AND SHE WAS ABLE TO FIT ME IN AS AN URGENT CALL WITHOUT CHARGING ME ANY EXTRA FEE.

I have used Puck Plumbing more than once and have recommended them to family members also and each time they surpass expectations which i am very happy to say. They are punctual, they try to accommodate a same day service even if its late which i really like because it means they treat the situations with urgency. Today I woke up without hot water! I went and tried to turn on the tank that had shut off on its on for some reason but there was no spark!!!!!!!! So I called Puck Plumbing, Lara guided me to do a quick check and needless to say within seconds the problem was solved. one of my wires had came lose. I am very happy. Thanks Puck Plumbing you definitely made my day better!

Had a new kitchen sink and piping installed, including the water line to the dishwasher, all of which were old and corroded. The owner/operator Lara was very quick to respond to my query sent via Angi's List and had an appointment sent in less than a week. For unforeseen reasons, the work ended up taking more than one day, but she was able to squeeze in the additional work time a couple of days later. The quality of the work is outstanding and I really appreciated the way she kept me apprised of the work as it unfolded, explaining all of the details of the work and any issues that arose that required additional cost. I like her and her assistance's work so much that I scheduled her to also repair a janky gas line in the basement that she noted when doing her initial inspection of the place. What I appreciate most is that I know she uses quality parts and does everything to code, and warranties her work. It helps me rest easier, given the poor workmanship and shoddy treatment I've gotten from other contractors.

Perfectly well. She showed up on time, did all the necessary work-and then some-and cleaned up afterward. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She was extremely professional. We were immediately contacted after placing our request through Angi's list and she came out to our house in less than a week.

Lara came out later in the day to save me from my water heater crisis. She was very professional & took care to remove my rusted water heater out of the basement and cleaned up so well. I will definitely call Puck Plumbing and have already given the number to a friend.

The water heater was installed in one hour. They did discover that the venting pipes were not up to code because of changes made, so they had to be updated. Now, our system is working fine and safe. They did a great JOB!!!
