Mike was the first to call and I felt comfortable with what he was asking and telling me. An old crack in my basement wall had started leaking again. The previous repairman was no longer in business so Mike came out, did the job and left it with a full guarantee which includes next residents. He was reasonable, fast and left my basement clean. Highly recommend them.

They are very good and trustworthy. My issue happened to be from water heater drain value leaking showing a symptom like water dampness in the floor which required water proofing. But Mike from Perma Dry assessed the situation really good and it was really a plumbing work I required and the issue was fixed simple. They didn't try to sell something to get money.
