Mike the owner came to do the initial inspection/quote. He was very honest and didnâ t sell me anything I didnâ t need. Jack and Brandon did the work and were excellent. Mike called me each day to see how I liked the progress and work being completed. When they were done, Mike came out himself to see the work and make sure I was happy. Great people to work with and they did excellent work. Highly recommend PermaDry!!

Within 48 hours he was on site with a plan. He and his crew showed up on time, worked tirelessly, in the sun, hail, rain and wind (only in Michigan) and finished the job within the specified time. Mike and his team did an excellent job on my crawlspace, which is a tight squeeze. The space had a problem with ground water seeping in. In a matter of two days PermaDry removed dirt and debris, installed two new sump pumps, insulated the walls of the space, installed drain tiles, and laid the barrier on the ground. It was a lot of work! The crew was on time and efficient. They cleaned up everything and hauled it away so I wasn't left with the aftermath. Mike kept me updated throughout the process so I never had to wonder what was going on, and he also followed up after the job was complete to make sure I was satisfied.
