Had 13 Rod Holes fixed. They worked with my schedule came immediately. Did a great job with the repairs, only missed covering one hole with adhesive which I thought was weird. Would have been totally satisfied except I ended up paying for 14 to 16 holes when I was told 13 were repaired. This was Partly my fault because I didnâ t firm up the price in advance. I was told $200 to $300 over the phone. The repair man sent does not deal with actual quotes or collecting money. When I asked the final price he t old me the office handles billing. When I questioned the billing I was told they was an $85 service charge added which never came up previously or detailed in the billing. The billing said 14 to 16 rods repaired. Then I was told next time he would throw in 2 Rods for free. Since the pricing is by 1-10 fixes that i felt this was worth mentioning. $395 is a great price for 13 rod hole repaired however I did wonder how often this happens with other customers. I did hesitate writing this because they did do a good job with the exception of that one rod fix not being covered and they do offer a lifetime transferable warranty which I am sure I am risking by the honest review.

This company have the best customer service I have ever received. The follow up phone calls for our appointment , the timely arrival , the honesty in explaining the job order , even went beyond to contact someone to inform me of what to do . I am very pleased with the interaction we discussed like weave known each other for a very long of a time . They are not greedy as to lie about what is not necessarily need to be done .

Perma-Dry quoted me a price of $2,000 and scheduled me for about 3 weeks out I prepared my basement and schedule for the repair. The evening before they were to come out I get a call from owner saying his salesperson misquoted and that I should know that wasn't price for total job. However, on their quote it was for total job. They sent me an updated quote for $5,900 that was $100 short of tripling original price quoted!!! I was warned about Perma-Dry from someone who used to work for them. He said that he was not surprised that they pulled something like this.

Mike is an awesome guy! It is truly hard to find honest businesses these days but Mike and his team are an exception. And I say that because most businesses will not fix an issue after the customer complains about an issue with an initial repair. But Permadry just did that for me! There were some issues with the initial repair but when I reached out, Mike took extra steps to make sure my basement problem is fully fixed and he did not charge me a single dime. In fact he had to get a specialist outside his domain to fix my egress window which he happily did. I cannot thank him enough for that. PermaDry truly believes in solving your basement issues and it is hard to find businesses with such good values. I will not hesitate to hire or refer Mike and PermaDry team with any issues with basement waterproofing. Just an awesome experience! With a grateful heart, My family.

Mike was very personable. I appreciated his honesty and he was upfront regarding pricing. No surprises later. He was good about calling me back. He kept me informed as to what they were going to do. They worked out a schedule with me and the work was done quickly and neatly. They come highly recommended by me.
