Once I decided on hiring them they scheduled the job immediately. It has been raining a lot and I am still dry. So relieved that this problem is finally fixed and didn't break the bank. Their approach is imaginative and cost effective, drainage and sealing 28 rod holes, for our problem. A second touch up visit was timely and free. A lifetime transferrable warranty is a definite plus.

Mike contacted me quickly, then sent Eric to look at our situation. He presented a few options, never used scare tactics or high pressure, in fact, one option would not have costed me a single dollar. Mike worked with me on our solution and within 3 days had a crew over to perform the work. The crew was efficient, clean and very friendly. I am very happy with the whole experience. It rained the next couple of days after they finished, and we still have a dry basement and there is not a water filled backyard, like we used to have.

Eric at Perma-Dry did an amazing job repairing over 20 tie rod holes in our basement . He was very informative in both his assessment and explanation of the repairs. He was very thorough, and did the job fairly quickly without sacrificing quality. We were also quoted over e-mail from Mike (the owner of Perma-Dry) based on a few photos we sent, and Eric matched that quote. I would highly recommend for any waterproofing or foundation repairs.

Quote was honest and through. Plus, service honored the quote even though some additional challanges (my home is old and crotchety) came up. Basement was spotless after my waterproofing and I have no complaints after several rains!

The owner was very responsive and answered all my questions. His price was significantly less than a competitor. The crew showed up when scheduled. They were very courteous and explained the process of installing jacks. They worked very quickly. I mentioned that I really liked my experience with the owner and they enthusiastically stated that he was great to work for and one person had been there 10 years. That says it all, a good owner with happy workers equals great customer service.

Fantastic customer service.

They saved me. These guys worked on Christmas eve and Christmas day to help me resolve my problems. I had 4 different estimates and they were by far the best choice. This company was straight with me and explained in detail what needed to be done. I was lucky to find this company.

I met Mike, after interviewing several other contractors to relieve the must smell in my 100 year old house. There was water on the floor after it rained or snowed. Mike's process was best, and he didn't try to over sell me as the others did. His crew was very good, neat, clean, and courteous. I decided to wait a few months to write the review so I could honestly attest to the workmanship. It has rained, and snowed within this time, and my basement is DRY.
