Quick response and solid repair. Mike was on the phone with me within minutes jof my call to HomeAdvisor. A few hours later, Brandon (a knowledgeable and nice fellow) was in my basement drilling holes and sealing the cracks. Reasonable price and great service.

He injected ago-grout for the basement wall crack, caulked the front of the garage and installed xypex between the wall and ceiling of my basement! Great company to deal with!

Who else gives a no fix no pay deal? Permanent Dry owner personally gave our church an estimate. Told me "do not pay until it rains, and see if it leaks". We, it did not rain for a month, and he never sent a bill or called for money. True to his word. Leak is fixed! Good work Perma Dry!

Mike I inspected the house initially, gave his recommendations then asked for my opinion of what I wanted completed. Up front and honest, very nice for a change. Brandon came a few days later, spent some quality time doing what I would have done, but 10 times better. He told me what he was going to complete, I watched during and after. The job is so good you can barely tell where the repairs occurred. I highly recommend Mike and his crew.

When coming to inspect my problem, Mike (the Owner) explained exactly what and how was going to happen. He answered all of my questions and encouraged me to watch the service being performed. I did so. The gentleman performing the service was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He too had all the answers to my questions, and patiently answered them while he was trying to work, despite my pestering. He even patched the crack with similar looking cement. The whole experience was superb and the results are outstanding. They say "water always wins", well, They haven't met PermaDry.

I had water coming in my remodeled basement behind cabinets in my laundry. Mike from Perma-Dry correctly diagnosed a rod hole. He sent a construction expert out who found the problem and very carefully took a cabinet down and cut a hole in the drywall. Mike supplied the plugs and and directions and did not charge a dime! I would highly recommend this company.

because the work was for water coming into the basement, the jury will be out till we get some rain. But I can comment that the job was professional, work done on a timely schedule, and no mess was left behind.

Kyle came over right away, explained the process clearly and simply, and gave us a good quote. They erected a curtain to seal off the work area, completed the work quickly and cleaned up after. They also provided a lifetime warranty.

The owner came out in a snow storm to help us. He was very professional and knew what was wrong immediately. He came back within a few days and fixed everything. He was neat and cleaned up after himself. Because of Perma Dry we were able to sell the home we had for sale.

Mike was very professional and his quote was very reasonable. They put up plastic sheets to keep the mess to a minimum, very clean considering it is such a messy job. Mike is a man of his word. He quoted me a price and he kept his word and stuck to his price! How do I know I got a great deal? I heard another quote from a different company and it would have cost me more than 30% more from the other company. Mike has this guy "Kenny" who is one of the hardest workers I've ever seen. I've never had any company for any service as good as Perma Dry. They said they would move things from the basement walls-. They did. They said they would plug the rod holes- they did. They said they would paint and it would look better and they did!!! They did an amazing job and they never got any part of my house dirty. They put down mats to walk on from the front door all the way to the basement and cleaned up after themselves like no other workers I've ever had. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Not only did they show up on time, but they finished the work on time and worked around my schedule to finish the work. Final project turned out great!
