Mike was very responsive. He offered to come and give us a quote within a couple hours of the request. He was very thoroughly, explained what we needed and did not try to up sell us. His quote was fair and reasonable. I told him we are trying to get our basement painted within a week and he offered to have someone come out to our house the morning of Christmas Eve. I had no expectation that he would have someone work on this day but really appreciate it. Brandon showed up to do the repair on time. He’s very friendly and based on how he responded to our questions, experienced and competent. He did a great job and left absolutely no mess. I am extremely impressed with this company and highly recommend them.

I just would like to say I received many quotes for waterproofing and I was shocked at how the various companies tried to inflate the pricing. Mike came out and was very direct and told me what the issue was and what I needed to do, this was refreshing as the entire water leak was stressful. The owner (Mike) got right back to me to schedule an appointment. Mike gave me a solid quote. The technician (Brandon) knocked out (39) rod holes and a major leaking crack in my basement wall. Brandon was able to take care a very tricky rod hole behind a staircase. Brandon cleaned up after himself and treated my home was respect. No question - - would hire Perma-Dry again.

Mike Elinski replied to my post right away, and came out to do an inspection and assessment of the rod holes and two cracks in the basement wall. He saw that the basement had no current water problems but some ugly walls due to old water problems. He recommended sealing all 250 rod holes, and cleaning up one very ugly seam, and two superficial cracks. He was professional, friendly, and scheduled the job within a week, Brandon did the work, and was also very professional and friendly, and a hard worker. The basement looks great, and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely contact Mike at PermaDry MI again for any other basement issues.
