They were non-intrusive, polite, friendly, and professional. The team did a great job of covering as much as possible, being careful in our home, and, cleaned up after the job very thoroughly. The team also took time to show and explain everything that was done and the warranty and importance of contacting them immediately if any issues arise. Not only was their bid the lowest, but there was no high sales pitch to try and sell me a solution that was high cost and not needed. They are very reputable and honest. PermaDry came out to review my project the same afternoon and was able to complete the project the same week. They are providing a life-time warranty and it is transferrable to a new owner. Very neat.

I received several bids to waterproof my basement after a wall leak. PermaDry was the least expensive by thousands of dollars. The project manager (Mike) was amazing in his commitment to please me at every turn. The crew showed up on time, performed the work in an efficient manner, and cleaned up after the project was complete. Mike responds immediately to phone calls, even on weekends. He returned to my house twice upon request to deal with some minor issues that arose. I highly recommend this company!

Mike is a personable, professional guy. Showed up to look at the job on time and really went through the options. I needed a sump installed and the problem vanished. My basement is dry! The crew that came to do the work knocked it out in less than a day. And there was essentially no mess! The price was less than half of the closest bid. I actually had a bid for four (4) times what Mike charged me! This man and his business is the real deal!

I would like to let everyone know that Mike, Eric, and Brandon were very professional and experienced with foundation issues. Mike is the owner and was great to work with, I never met him but he was always available to talk to over the phone OR TEXT. Eric and Brandon were super nice and very experienced. Eric found the issue within minutes of overlooking my foundation where water was coming in. Brandon did the work that needed to be done and even though it took a while, he still finished the job with patience and cleaned up afterward. I like to note I got another quote from a different company (won't say who) which were DOUBLE! the price of PermDry. I recommended them to ALL my family members and super satisfied with the job done. No leaks happened from 5 major storms after the fix!

Awesome company. Mike is great. Had one hiccup in scheduling and took care of it right away. He sent Eric who was very professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. PermaDry did an absolutely amazing job waterproofing my basement. Mike, the owner, was fair with pricing and the job was better than promised. They braced the wall with foundation straps to correct that issue, installed a new sump crock, did an internal drain tile system, and routed water underground to the front ditch and everything was perfectly done. They did the job faster than promised and he was willing to work with us and got the job done very quickly. They cleaned up everything after themselves as well. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a great, hardworking, affordable, and professional team. Thanks PermaDry!!

Mike and Tee were great! Very easy to work with. They were very fast and efficient, clean , and I haven’t seen a drop of water in my basement since hired these guy. They come highly recommended! I’ll definitely be using them again! Great company to work with!
