I do not often, if ever, rate anyone 5.0 but, in this case, I will make an exception. Mike called back immediately and stopped by the next day to evaluate the basement. He answered every question and gave pointers on what to ask other bidders. He is fair, upfront, and took his time. Erik, the technician, was on time and extremely knowledgeable about foundation construction and repair. He gave guidance on what to look for in the future and recommendations going forward. After the repair, he cleaned up and left the area in better condition than when he arrived. Upon receipt of payment, I immediately received the warranty paperwork. I highly recommend PermaDry.

Could not be happier! Mike came out during the heavy rain and assessed the problem. Erik can as scheduled a few days later to repair our basement crack and leaking rod holes. Right on time, quick, efficient and cleaned up after.

They were great. Mike and Andrea came out on a Saturday morning in the rain to find out where the water was coming in. I had several rod hole leaks. Mike was not able to do the complete job right then but he did a temporary fix to stop the leaking and sent Eric out the next day to complete the job. They were all great to work with and very knowledgable. Mike gave me a very good price.

PermaDry gave us excellent service and high quality work and didn t charge us an arm and a leg. They don t try to up sell you on an expensive repair that is not needed. Once they started repairing our basement walk they saw that the damage was greater than expected, requiring double the materials to fix, but they stuck by their original quote and refused to take additional funds to cover the materials. They are a company that conducts themselves with integrity and does quality repairs. Very impressed!

I recently purchased a house in Livonia, and was unaware of a very large set of cracks in the poured basement wall. During a severe rainstorm in January 2020, we had a massive leak that flooded the basement. I called Mike on a Sunday morning, and he came by in 30 minutes to assess the damage. I even offered for him to stop by on Monday during normal business hours, but he kindly said that he was in the area. Mike was personable and funny, and he gave me a quote that beat all of his competition. Mike had me scheduled the very next day. Eric came out and was extremely polite and professional. You might think that with a less expensive quote that the materials or the workmanship might not be as good. With Mike and PermaDry I found the opposite to be true. The work was done exceptionally well, and the materials used were the best in the field. Also, when Eric ran into an unexpected issue with one of the cracks, he called Mike, and they worked out a perfect solution. Mike even stayed inside the original quote. If you have any issues with leaking walls in your basement, call Mike, because this is the right company for the job!

Mike came out to our house on New Year s Day and quickly diagnosed the problem. Eric came out the next day and replaced the sump pump. It was a pleasure working with both of them. They were both being very helpful and courteous.

Omg!! I love Mike and Eric, they re great guys and I love their personalities. I called PermaDry, LLC and the first thing Mike said to do was to read their reviews. Once I did, I instantly called them back to set everything up. I explained to them my situation and Eric came out within a couple of hours. He gave me a great price that saved me 2,765.00. Mike believes in being fair with his customers. As far as the work, it was done professionally and timely. While talking to Mike and Eric, they made me feel like they cared about my situation.

Oh my, if I could rate a 10 I would! They were exceptional. I have owned my home for 20 years and tolerated water every year. I got two estimates for $7200 to waterproof the entire perimeter. Permadry gave me a quote of $4800, savings of $2400! I could not believe how they could be so much lower! The 1st day the fellows came and spent 9 hours jack hammering the entire basement! Clean up was exceptional. Waited for the city inspection, and they approved with no problem! Friday they came to pour cement and Brian and Jeff were great! Cleaned up everything and left my basement spotless! After all the rain last night, I went down and not a single drop of water after 20 years!! I could not be happier with the service I received by PermaDry and all the great guys who completed! Very polite and answered any questions I had. If you need waterproofing done, you will not be more pleased with PermaDry.

I was having trouble making room in my schedule to meet contractors at Mom's house, so Mike came by ON LABOR DAY to meet me. Once I made the decision, the work was done quickly. The crew was prompt. Mike came by himself to advise (it was a tight work area). The guys took great care with the house, bringing in a runner to protect the carpeting on the stairs & hanging plastic sheeting to keep dust away from other areas. They were done in LESS time than the estimate, & even took away some junk wood because they were planning to stop by the local dump. WOW! Mike even did a little extra, blocking & patching a little hole that was letting water in by the laundry area (did you know, when basement wall cement is being poured, they have a lot of tiny little tubes that help hold the shape, that get cut flush to the cement when the work is done? & if they're hollow, it's like a teeny weeny STRAW leading water in...) Lifetime transferable warranty! LOVE these guys.

I spent two weeks trying to find a company that would listen to and react to my water problem. I spoke with four different basement waterproofing companies that all wanted to resolve my problem from the inside of the home. They wouldnâ t even look at the outside with me.
