Friendly, personable, reliable, polite, and I would hire them again. I told them everything I needed done and was surprised with what they could do.

They were friendly and efficient . did a good job and were neat to clean up.

They showed up when they said and it took the time they said it would take. There were no surprises in the process which was very nice.

Hired to install garbage disposal, replace some existing electrical outlets, and take care of a backed up kitchen sink. The company set aside 4hrs for me but advised the employee 2hrs. This was corrected but they had to rearrange another job. The caller failed to mention the backed up sink so the employee came uprepared for the job and had to wait for someone to deliver a snake. This of course extended the time spent, which was hourly. I had their employee replace extra outlets while waiting. The employee himself worked diligently, and nonstop, none of the delay was his fault. Ended up having to hire a plumber with additional costs.

Overpriced. Too hurried "I'm late getting to my next job. I have two more" to use a stud finder resulting in " an error hole" in my living room drywall. Also I had to call the company several days later and request a receipt. Receipt was not itemized.

I found their employee to be unprofessional and less than competent. I hired them initially to help me hang and finish assembly on a partially assembled IKEA cabinet. He complained constantly and assembled it incorrectly. When showing me his work, he said he could not assemble it correctly because I had assembled the prior portion incorrectly. The door hung above the cabinet top and one hinge remained off. I was told there would be no problem leaving one hinge off the door as it still opened and closed! After asking him to leave, I took apart what he had assembled and assembled it correctly myself. Most of his other work was shoddy and not what I would expect from a competent contractor. When I called the company to complain, I was told that their employee told them it was my fault the cabinet was unable to be assembled incorrectly. I asked to have the owner contact me and still have not received a response three days later. This company and their work is not worth their high cost. I was willing to pay more for a "trusted" company but never again.

Ken came out and cleaned the door track and the door rollers. The door opens much better now. He also replaced some burned out lights that I had been putting off for several months. I would hire him again.

Excellent work, but unfortunately too busy with other clients to hire for all the jobs needed.

When quoted a price and we bought supplies we still paid way over amount quoted. I suggest that the person quoting the price just give the hourly rates and tell them they will pay for supplies that the handyman provides, he only uses his. The handyman was slow but through. The house is really clean.

Only installed one of two outdoor shutters that I asked them to install. Handyman said he would need second person to install the other one, they never called me back regarding finishing it. Washed my exterior Windows, probably could have done it better myself. Their work wasn't worth the price paid,

My only issue was cost. Thought they were very high price.

Luke the handyman was very good and did a very good job. I would hire him again.
