David was very professional. He spent three hours checking everything in the house. He discussed everything with me and my agent and gave approximate cost for repairs. I was very impressed with his work and my agent plan to call him for future home isnpections. I also felt the cost for his inspection was reasonable.

He arrived early and inspected everything outside from the roof on down. He pointed out many things to me as we walked around the property inside and out. The report we received from him was very descriptive and contained lots of pictures and it made making the decision whether or not to buy this home easier.

He did a great job inspecting the house and the report was outstanding! Dave quick returned all my emails and phone calls. He was extremely professional and was able to work around an extremely nosey homeowner who followed him everywhere during the inspection. The report provide great detail with pictures of the problem, est. fix cost and description of how to fix it. I highly recommend Dave to anyone.

David has been very responsive to our inquires in e-mails before we engaged him to perform a home inspection for a house we are considering buying. He was also accommodating: we wanted to have radon testing performed, which needed to be set up prior to the date of home inspection for reading the result properly. He offered to stop by the house and set up the testing kid ahead of the inspection date, so all testing were completed on the same day. During the inspection, he was not only thoroughly inspecting the property, but also giving so much lectures, instructions and guidances for various equipments and house materials throughout the process. He was very customer focused and make sure that the property will be taken care of well long after he inspected. In addition, he generated an inspection result very same day (which was necessary because we needed to provide the inspection result to a seller by next morning). His prompt turnaround allowed us to claim all required fixes to the seller on time. Needless to say, the report was very detail and caught key findings with clear pictures and estimated cost to remediate. Overall, we were very satisfied with his service, and we definitely recommend him to our friends and colleagues.

I was so impressed with David, from first talking with him on the phone, then through the inspection, and afterward over email about the report. David was an extremely thorough and knowledgable inspector. He spent so much time looking over the home, from top to bottom and inside and out, and then he took more time explaining everything to us. He was very respectful and responsive and is really dedicated to completing the job; when he takes on an inspection, he devotes the better part of his day to completing it. And his prices are incredibly fair!! The report David wrote on this home was so professional that everyone else involved in looking at this home (realtors, plumbers, environmental experts, etc.) were all incredibly impressed and asked to know more about him to call him up for service! I will hire David again and recommend him to others.

We were extremely impressed with Dave and Milestone Inspections. My husband and I are first-time home buyers and from start to finish, Dave took us around the house, pointing out EVERYTHING from big to small, and teaching all along the way. He was timely, thorough, polite, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what we expected, not only focusing on things that would directly impact our decision regarding the home, but also providing many additional tidbits and "FYIs" for us to consider. Our real estate agent came by during the inspection and was so impressed that she asked for his information as well! Would use him again in a heartbeat for any additional moves.

I called David out to inspect a foreclosed property. He arrvied on time and spent 2.5 hours inspecting the house. He found know plumbing issues that I had a plumber inspect and he found serveral minor to moderate code violations in the home. He emailed me a 41 page, very detailed report about 3 hours after he left the home. He took many pictures and had different tools that he used to check for gas leeks. Me made great suggestions for upgrade and was very clear on what was necessity and what items were just suggested updates. High recommend him. I had a different home inspector 5 years ago when I bought my first house and he only gave me a checklist. Dave informed me i needed new plumbing and a hot water tank. After he left I decided to continue with the purchase knowing all that needed to be repaired.

Dave arrived an hour before I was there, but other people including our Realtor were present for the beginning of the inspection. After I arrived he was extremely informative and detailed in his inspection and it was obvious from his explanations what issues were truly serious ones. As a first-time home buyer I don't know much about electrical and other major home issues but after speaking Dave I felt very comfortable moving forward. His full 40 page report, which he e-mailed to us less than 24 hours later, was incredibly detailed, and contained photos of every room, with extra attention given to "problem spots" and suggestions for how to repair/replace each area that needed attention. Dave found two major problems we were able to have addressed before closing and I feel like, when the time comes to address some of the more minor issues, I could simply print out the relevant page of the report and give it to the electrician, contractor, etc and they would have all of the info they need to complete the work. Dave was very friendly and easy to talk to, but he was blunt and straightforward with his inspection, so I knew we were getting an honest review throughout. I decided to go with Milestone Inspections after seeing the high marks they received on here and I am very happy with my decision to do so.

David arived on-time and got right to work. I was late but found David examining the exterior of the house. He was very astute and meticulous examing everything with his flashlight from the attic to the basement. I took notes as he rattled off insights, estimates, observances good and bad. He discovered asbestos in the sub-slab heating duct and provided me with options for having it tested on my own or through him. I opted to have it tested through him knowing that I was too busy to get it done myself. He also found mold in the attic and reported a high radon potential because an old sump-pump. Two days later I received my reports and am soooo grateful that he discovered the elevated asbestos and radon risk because I have two small children and may never have known that the air quality was not safe. David was not just a professional home inspector but also a kind and caring person looking for potential health and safety concerns for his customers. David spent over 3 hours crawling and poking around. This is my fourth home purchase and I have never had an inspector take so much time or care with his work. The peace-of-mind was well worth the money!!

Dave showed up on time and spent about 3 hours crawling all over the property...even in the crawl spaces and attic (in EVERY location...not just the easy to reach main location). He reviewed everything with us while he went, provided a written report, AND provided a computerized report. Excellent service, great guy...this is the second home I had an inspection on and his service was HANDS DOWN the best and cheaper than the first company I used.

Dave did a great job. He was very thorough. He walked us through all aspects of the house pointing out areas for improvement and recommendations for repairs and upgrades. He gave an excellent detailed report with pictures and estimates for cost of repairs for major items. Overall we were very pleased.

Dave was a very thorough and professional. He arrived exactly on time and went straight to work. He explained everything he was doing every step of the way and took some extra time to dig deep into problems that could have been dismissed with some clever hand-waving. His report was even more thorough than the inspection and included diagrams of the issues he found, as well as real-world estimates of what it would take to repair the problems. I would recommend him to family and friends.

We were pleased to know that Radon is not a concern in our house. It provides great peace of mind since it can be a problem in our area.

From the first contact, everything went very well - completely professional. I wasn't able to be present; my realtor stood in - but the report was thorough and includes photos and links to more info.

The inspector looked at the bedroom walls, the section of roof over the bedroom and the attic space over the bedroom. He explained what the probable causes were and options for addressing the problems. He was straightforward, professional and respectful.

Dave did a thorough job of inspection. He checked nook and cranny, and gave helpful repair recommendations as I followed him around. His complete report was available in a handy on-line PDF format, complete with photos. The report was ready quickly; at the end of the day he did the inspection. Dave seemed quite knowledgeable. He appears to really know his stuff. He also seems like a pro. He showed up less than 5 minutes after his stated arrival time and still apologized profusely. We had an initial minor scheduling misunderstanding; it was not clear who to blame: Dave or myself. Even though it might not have even been his fault, Dave was apologetic and even knocked a few bucks off the price. I'd recommend him to anyone who asked.

David did a complete home inspection for us on our new home. He was friendly and put up with my father being stuck to him like glue. He provided us with a complete computer generated PDF report with links explaining everything in detail and also recommended a website to help us track when maintenance should be completed on our home in the future. I recommend him highly.

Dave, the inspector, was thorough and knowledgeable. His degree in Civil Engineering was why we selected him. His knowledge of home construction and problems was evident. His report was internet-based and was impressive; it contained photos, graphics and links to more information. The inspection included a useful internet-based home maintenance program. Dave was early and the price was competitive. The service we received was a true value, considering the amount of information we received about the house.
