Description of Work: Installed 2 new Andersen storm doors and 2 new bevel-glass doors front and back . Removed old door, removed sidelight and filled in space with siding and wet plaster. Power-washed house and garage. Put up new shutters (10 sets). Shut-off water in crawl space. Installed new Leed coach lights and doorbell. Removed wood shelving from around rear entrance. Installed new gas hose for the clothes dryer.

Description of Work: Lee did a partial remodel of our kitchen which included taking down some upper cabinets and removing a closet, installing recessed lights, drywall work, backsplash, minor plumbing and trimwork, and new cabinet installation, to include a built-in look hutch. Lee spent a good deal of time with us talking about what we wanted to do and provided some good suggestions. He always called me back when I had a question. He was on time or called if he would be late. He cleaned up the area every night and was very nice and curtious. We made a few changes during the install and he did those things without hesitation or complaint. I did a lot of the legwork myself (because I wanted to) as far as measuring and picking out the cabinetry,counter, and tile and desgining the area we were changing. He told us what we could/could not do structually and I went from there. I had all of the items delivered to my home and he took care of the installation. He worked around our schedule -we had some lag time waiting for the granite counter installation- and then he returned the next day to do the tile backsplash.

Description of Work: We hired Jacob Lee Homescapes to remodel our basement. We were given a good price, excellent quality of work and material and much more than we expected in the finished product. The crew showed up each day on time and were always professional and prepared to work. We were given a time line and it was met without any problems. We would definitely hire Jacob Lee Homescapes again, in fact, we hired them again for some small remodel and installation of ceiling fans. We also called them back to paint all the rooms in our home...we were never disappointed with the quality of work, price or professionalism brought to each job.

Description of Work: Basement remodel...fantastic workmanship. From estimate to written contract Lee has provided professional and beautiful results. All aspects of the work which include walls, drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring, ceiling installation, painting, and cabinetry are completed in record time and beautifully done.
