Nick did a professional job replumbing under the sink. This is second job I had Cumming's Plumbing do for me and I would hire them again.

Dennis came out and did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, respectful of our home, efficient and left the work area spotless. Definitely recommend Cumming's Plumbing.

Nick, the plumber, called just before he arrived and came near the beginning of the 2 hour time window. In spite of having difficulty removing the existing faucet and working within a very small cabinet, Nick competed the installation quickly. We were very comfortable with Nick because of his pleasant personality. He cleaned up after. We will definitely hire Cummings Plumbing in the future and highly recommend them. Mid-March 2020, lockdown here in Michigan and our water heater stopped working. My investigation and research helped me know that it needed to be replaced. I called Cummings Plumbing and they gave me an estimate over the phone, and an appointment for the very next day. Dennis came out, installed it, cleaned up, and hauled the old one away. I am perfectly satisfied, especially with getting such a quick resolution during the pandemic. The very next week, we had a toilet stop up and overflow, and again I called Cummings Plumbing. Again they came through with a quick resolution. We are very happy with this company.

Very pleased with the service I received from, Cumming's Plumbing. Communication was excellent right from the start when we scheduled the appointment, they gave me a three hour window which was fine. I received a call the day before confirming the appointment and also making sure I was available or if I needed to reschedule. The day of the appointment the plumber, Dennis, called me about 30 minutes into the three hour window and asked if it was okay for him to stop by now or would I like him to come by later. I loved that I had a choice. Dennis, was very professional but also personable. He went about his business and when he finished went over thing with me and answered all my questions. Everything was cleaned up and the faucets look and work perfectly. Highly recommend this company.

Thank God for Dennis!! This was the second time we had a leak involving our 2nd floor bathtub. The leak ruined our kitchen ceiling and kitchen floor, which are directly under the 2nd floor bathroom. Dennis determined the pipe to the overflow valve had two holes in it, which allowed water to leak. We had another plumbing company out to remedy the problem in 2018 and they missed it altogether. We are very grateful for Dennis' thoroughness!

Nick, our plumber, was on time, efficient, pleasant and professional. The work was done in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction. They did a excellent job, it took five days from the time that I called to the day they could schedule service but maybe the delay was Covid 19 related? They were friendly and professional.

The first job they did, replacing all our plumbing went great!! We decided to hire them again when we found out the original clay pipes under the house had collapsed and needed to be replaced. That job entailed breaking up the basement floor and replacing the pipes. They replaced all the pipes from our wash tub, to the floor drain, to the clean outs. Once done, they hauled away the old pipe, cemented the floor back and completely cleaned up after themselves. Perfect!! We will definitely be using Cummings Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs in the future. The approximate cost is for both jobs we hired them for. They beat the price of the other estimates we received

Very good job only thing I wish they would have put on shoe coverings, and not used my carpet for a staging area.

Nick did a fabulous job! The work was completely quickly and with high quality. Nick diagnosed the issues with the faucets and had them fixed in no time. He also helped to order a toilet to fit an area with some unique installation area. I will be having you back to install that toilet when it is available. Thanks and great job!

I knew during this co-vid time it would be more difficult to get a plumber. I called Cumming's and they were very happy to help and scheduled Dennis to come. They coordinated with the city for the water shutoff. I was impressed by the promptness and expertise of Dennis. This was the first time I used Cumming's and I am pleased to say Cumming's Plumbing will be my plumbers from now on. I thought they were reasonably priced and high quality.

I purchased the Kohler parts, but did not fell confident doing the repairs myself. After several friends stating they would do the work but never showed, I called Cumming's Plumbing for help. I talked with Nancy and scheduled an appointment on the next available date. Received calls both from Nancy and Dennis the morning of the appointment and was given an estimated time of arrival. Dennis was prompt on his arrival. Dennis was courteous and professional, wearing a protective mask and booties when he entered my home. He knew immediately by hearing the water leaking into the bowl, what the problem was and had it completed in less than an hour. I will be calling Cumming's Plumbing for my next plumbing issue. I was very impressed from start to finish. Dennis came out within a couple of hours from the time I called, and he was able to quickly determine the problem. Unfortunately, it turned out that a new toilet was needed, but Dennis helped me find one that would fit our needs and our budget. He was very friendly and extremely efficient--in and out in a little over an hour! After Dennis helped me find the best toilet, Nancy (at the office) searched to see if she could find one to order, and she was able to do so, which saved me having to track one down myself. It's anticipated that the toilet will arrive--and will be installed--in just a couple of days! This was my first experience with Cumming's Plumbing, and I will definitely use their services again.

Outstanding! Dennis called to let me know he was on the way, then showed up early. Very professional, very friendly. Explained everything, so there were no unpleasant surprises. Double checked the work before he left. Cleaned up everything. Super satisfied, will definitely contact Cummings again for any future plumbing work that needs doing.
