Dan showed up on time and quickly finished the job. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The area was left very clean after the job was done. We will definitely use them again and refer our friends and neighbors to Cumming Plumbing.

We were using the faucet on the morning of 1/8/2016 (Friday) and heard a "pop". Water stopped coming out of the head and we quickly checked under the sink for water and turned the faucet off. I checked Angie's List for a plumber close to us who had good reviews and found Cumming. We were able to schedule Brad that afternoon. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He verified that the hose had burst and needed to be replaced. Since Cumming didn't have the part (Grohe is a high-end faucet not found in big box stores), I got a replacement and scheduled Cumming to come back on 1/11/2016 (Monday) to install it. Dan came back to install it, and again, was as prompt, courteous, and professional as Brad. In a short time he had it installed and the sprayer head re-attached and everything was working without leaks. With the top notch reviews of Cumming on Angie's List, they were the obvious choice for me and I'd use them again.

The service provided by Dan from Cumming Plumbing was excellent. He was on-time and did a great job with the repair finishing in a little over an hour. Price was fair and he cleaned up his work area when he was done. Overall, very pleased with the service and would recommend to others.

Brad was professional, courteous, and efficient. He showed up on time and did a great job on the sinks. I discovered that my toilet was leaking the night before the appointment and he was able to fix that as well. Previously, I had another quote on my sinks and it was twice the price. I couldn't have been happier with the service and the cost. I will definitely refer this company to my friends and family.

The plumber, Dan, was excellent, trying all possible remedies before resorting to having to install a new faucet. He stayed very aware of my timing issues, as well as understanding my frustration at a new faucet having been damaged by an improper installer before I called his company to repair. He kept me informed about his progress, and made sure he had my approval before doing anything that might have compromised a warranty on the defective faucet. He tried his best to keep my costs minimized.

Daniel checked many vents from those in the basement to the ones on the roof. He found the walnut and the problem solved. He was very polite & business like.

Things went great. Daniel arrived in the window of time they said he would arrive and got right to work. Daniel fixed our drip in the shower and explained everything to me. Couldn't have gone any better.

Brad was very professional, called before he came, was patient in locating the source of rattling pipe and got my permission to remove the top of the pedestal sink before replacing the faucet. The price was very fair based on past experience with a different provider. I would definitely use Cumming Plumbing again and recommend their services.

Brad installed things perfectly no problems he tested each sink for leaks before he left Brad did a wonderful and efficient installation of two wolverine toilets, two bathroom faucets with two wolverine brass popups, then a shower head and a large kitchen faucet center with sprayer and soap pump. Brad took everything away and left things clean. Brad hauled away the left over old parts and all the cardboard boxes. He left the literature for each of the devices and the small little keys for opening the scree opening on the bathroom faucets. I recommend Cummings plumbing and if you need a specific person ask for Brad I have used him twice this last two months. of October, November 2015 He tested each device before he sealed them in. He ran water through the faucets first before putting on the faucet screen to prevent clogging by those annoying black bits.

Easy to obtain a same-day appointment for emergency services. I had to have them return because the outdoor fixture was a little loose (after installation) and they sent someone out immediately to correct the issue.

There was a lot of work to be done. This house is over 60 years old and still had the original galvanized pipes, many of which were rusted badly and some were starting to drip from leaks. They replaced waste pipes with PVC and Pex pipes for hot and cold water. They anchored everything very well and made it look very neat and tidy. The crew that came, Dan and Josh, arrived on time and worked diligently. They cleaned everything up before they left making it look better than when they came. I am very pleased.

Josh and Dan were quick and got the job done. They called ahead to let me know when they were on their way. Only had a 2 hour window, which is pretty reasonable.

Last week my kitchen sink became clogged. Also, the week prior to that, the pull-out hose on the same sink started to leak so bad that I had to leave it off the stand permanently. I called Cumming Plumbing and they made an appointment for that same day. Brad came out that afternoon and snaked the drain. He also gave me some helpful info as what not to put down the disposal, etc. He didn't have the right faucet hose with him so he took a picture of the faucet hose and told me they would have to order it. He said they would look it up and get back to me on price. They called the very next morning with the price and told me they would only charge me for 15 minutes of labor and not the standard first hour. I thought that was more than fair and I was not expecting that at all. They ordered the hose that same day and called the very next day to set up an appointment. They came this morning to install it and it was a little more difficult than they thought it would be. They ended up being here for at least a half hour, but they still charged me for the 15 minutes. In my opinion, Cumming Plumbing is awesome. I will be calling them again. They are honest, knowledgeable, fair and professional. I can trust them to know what they are doing, which has not always been the case with plumbers that I have called to do work in the past.

Dan was very friendly and got both jobs done efficiently and still took the time to answer my 5 year-old son's 10,000 questions about toilet repair and plumbing in general. We would be happy to have Dan around again. I only hope that my son doesn't try to clog the toilet so that Dan has to come back again!
