My sump pump was continually running. The shut off/on switch was broken. Daniel diagnosed the problem quickly and installed a new sump pump. He was efficient, courteous and professional.

As always, Cumming Plumbing did a fantastic job for us. They were able to schedule the call within 2 days of calling ( includes a Sunday in between! ), they arrived on time and took care of the install extremely quickly. We use Cumming plumbing often. This is the second time Dan has done work for us and it's always high quality - done right! I would recommend Cumming Plumbing time and time again.

I called Cummings Plumbing when I needed to replace the trap under my kitchen sink. This was not an emergency, but they were very accomodating when I scheduled an appointment....and understanding when I had to reschedule it. Plumber Brad called when he was on the way to my house, arrived on time, was courteous and professional throughout the appointment. He answered all of my questions and explained everything to me. He did GREAT work in a reasonable amount of time. I was highly satisfied with Cummings Plumbing and won't hesitate to use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Our water heater was 20 years old and it was time for a new one. Cumming Plumbing scheduled me quickly. The day of installation they were running about 30 minutes late because of the customer before me but they had the courtesy to call me and let me know. Then they called on their way over, which I always appreciate. They removed our old 40 gallon tank and replaced it with a 50 gallon tank and a new CO vent in less than 2 hours. Brad is a very focused professional, knowledgable, and did a great job. He got right to work and didn't waste time. He was courteous and kept our wood floors covered so as not to damage them during transport of the water heater. There was no mess for me to clean up in the basement...just a new shiny water heater.

Cumming Plumbing was great. Daniel arrived promptly, worked fast and replaced the pump to our satisfaction. This was our first time using Cumming Plumbing. We look forward to using this company in the future. The prices were fair and understood up front, when I initially contacted Cumming Plumbing via Angie's List. Highly recommend!!!

Called Saturday since I needed it done immediately . He stopped by Saturday and we set an appt for 8 am Sunday. He was right on time, pleasant and professional, and was done before 10 am.

We returned home Sunday evening to find our basement was backing up with water from a broken sump pump . Being new homeowners, we panicked. We found Cumming Plumbing on the internet and from a list a friend gave us. I called at 11pm and the phone was answered promptly . Dave was very kind and told me not to panic, he would be out with in the hour . As promised he came to our home and replaced our pump. Dave was very professional , answered all of our questions and took time to explain exactly how the system worked. Remember, this was a Sunday evening, we were taking him away from his family and he was the nicest technician we have ever had in our home. The price was great. Almost half of what I had expected. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a good, honest, professional plumber.

Brad did an excellent job. He was professional and had the install completed quickly. Cleaned up after he was done.

It took me a month to do this review; because I had to be sure. Brad was the name of the plumber to do the work. I have checked a couple of times for any dripping and it looks good; based on my very limited experience (which is none). Brad said they get a small bonus if they get a good review. But there is a time factor. I think he should; as he spent time explaining All the options for cleaning the drain out (which was something I talked about on the phone when the appointment was made) without any HARD sell to do a cleanout all the way to the street. He did not feel it was needed. He also put a small amount of some plumbers putty around the bathroom sink drain (it was dripping). I had less that a week before had my bathroom gutted and redone. When I saw the list of jobs this company did. I thought I should have called them for a estimate. The person on the phone was very helpful to me by finding out ahead of time which valve was leaking. The one from the meter to the outside would require the city to shut the water off outside, and they would have to charge me to come out a 2nd time; since a appointment has to be to do the shut off. My water heater is about 10 yrs. on a 12yr. warranty. So at any time it could go, and after a good first experience I will call them back .

Dan was fast, efficient, neat, and took time to explain the equipment, and even re-caulked a toilet seal for me after he finished.

Our kitchen faucet needed to be replaced with a new one. I purchased the new faucet and called our plumber to schedule an install date. While Dan was here he also checked the shut off valves for me too! He took out the old faucet and installed the new one in no time at all! This company in my opinion is one of the best in my area, they are always accommodating and honest, professional and very fair pricing. I will call them again for all of my plumbing needs. Thanks!

The store we purchased our dishwasher from refused to install it when they delivered it, until we had a plumber move the shut off valve from behind the dishwasher to under the kitchen sink. I thought I would have to wait some time to get a plumber out to do this, but was elated that Cumming Plumbing, Inc were able to come out that same day and in less than a hour!! We are VERY HAPPY with the work that DAN did! Even though we didn't schedule him to install our dishwasher, he was able to install it for us and he had everything he needed with him to complete the job! I would definitely hire this company again and refer my friends.

Dan showed up slightly early after calling. He first confirmed that the old disposal was leaking. He was polite, neat and did the replacement quickly with no mess.

They set up appointment for the day after I called and he arrived on time. Returned to office to get faucet, took old out and had it installed within an hour. Very polite and accommodating.

This is the second time we have used Cumming Plumming and would not hesitate to use them in the future. They were responsive to my immediate need to have the problem fix that day and worked us into their schedule on short notice. Dan resolved our issues and did an efficient, professional job as before. He called when he was enroute and arrived promptly, too.

The cap from an under arm deodorant container fell into the tolet as it was flushed and plugged the line As the house is built on a slab a plugged sewer line is my worst nightmare! Dan was here for quite awhile but finally cleared it. We were very satisfied with his work and cleanup after the job was completed.

Trap waste overflow had no gasket attached to tub and water was coming down from showerhead into the overflow and leaking into downstairs kitchen. Daniel explained to my son how to repair the leak and to call him back if it is still leaking.

I love this company! They were extremely helpful, from the woman who advised and scheduled our installations - wonderful - to our plumber, Dan, who was prompt, efficient and pleasant. His work was very high quality. He cleaned everything. He brought every tool and used high quality materials - like stainless steel hoses. I would highly recommend.

Dan showed up on time and quickly finished the job. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The area was left very clean after the job was done. We will definitely use them again and refer our friends and neighbors to Cumming Plumbing.

We were using the faucet on the morning of 1/8/2016 (Friday) and heard a "pop". Water stopped coming out of the head and we quickly checked under the sink for water and turned the faucet off. I checked Angie's List for a plumber close to us who had good reviews and found Cumming. We were able to schedule Brad that afternoon. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He verified that the hose had burst and needed to be replaced. Since Cumming didn't have the part (Grohe is a high-end faucet not found in big box stores), I got a replacement and scheduled Cumming to come back on 1/11/2016 (Monday) to install it. Dan came back to install it, and again, was as prompt, courteous, and professional as Brad. In a short time he had it installed and the sprayer head re-attached and everything was working without leaks. With the top notch reviews of Cumming on Angie's List, they were the obvious choice for me and I'd use them again.

The service provided by Dan from Cumming Plumbing was excellent. He was on-time and did a great job with the repair finishing in a little over an hour. Price was fair and he cleaned up his work area when he was done. Overall, very pleased with the service and would recommend to others.

Brad was professional, courteous, and efficient. He showed up on time and did a great job on the sinks. I discovered that my toilet was leaking the night before the appointment and he was able to fix that as well. Previously, I had another quote on my sinks and it was twice the price. I couldn't have been happier with the service and the cost. I will definitely refer this company to my friends and family.
