It went well. Shock absorbing devices were installed and all hammering stopped. The water line was run and tested. No issues.

Dan arrived 10:00 and at 10:30 the job was completed and the water was moving out. Prompt, clean, and efficient

Excellent work! Dan gave me a call to tell me he was on his way and got here at the time scheduled. He inspected the valve, gave it a few turns and told me all he had to do was tighten a nut. I had planned for the worst case and that the valve would have to be replaced, so this was very good news. Dan tightened the nut and as promised, it did not leak, the flow was completely shutoff. Thank you Dan!

Brad and the other younger guy did a great job. A few days later, the new sump battery alarm kept going off and Brad came back to fix the concern. No problems since.

Service technician was great. He assessed the situation and determined that a new heater would be needed. He stated he would need to return for its installation. When he came, he did a great job and it is now working beatifully, I was disappointed to be charged a trip fee two times, however, once for the assessment and then again when he returned to install the new heater. This is uncommon in my experience. I called to discuss but no movement was made in my direction.

First, they called me back on a Saturday. Since it wasn't an emergency they scheduled a plumber for Monday afternoon, but when an earlier appointment came available, they called to see if I was available. This where the story starts to take an even more upswing. The plumber (Brad) was one of the most professional, helpful, and informative contractors I have run across. He immediately knew that the valve on the meter was bad and not completely closing off the water flow. He suggested changing that valve. He fixed the leaking pipe and did 4 or 5 other tasks that I needed to be done. He and his co-worker worked efficiently not wasting time and seemed to know what was needed without hesitation. While working I kept asking them questions. They never acted annoyed and simply answered each of them intelligently while continuing to work. Their final bill was quite reasonable. They were able to charge my credit card on the spot (not having to go through the office). In summation I have to say that I am ecstatic over the fantastic job they did. I intend to tell everyone who I recommend in the future for plumbing work.

Everything went great. The plumbers were unsure about installing the shower wall system I had purchased. Instead of taking the chance of poor work, they were able to recommend another contractor who completed the job for the same price.

I unfortunately did not get to use Cumming Plumbing but I wanted to leave a positive review because of the positive impression this company made on me. My new construction plumber fell through last minute a day before my sprinkler install. The sprinkler company would not do the work until the backup valve is installed. I called around for quotes and Cumming plumbing was quick to answer all my questions and said they will move their schedule around to fit me in first thing in the morning. They explained their pricing and were very honest upfront about the scope of the job. I called multiple times with various questions, they were helpful and patient every time. On the third call, as I was scheduling the service, my builder called in the middle of the conversation to tell me that the plumber will be there to do the job. I wish that Cumming was doing all the plumbing on my house. I think that their prices are reasonable and their customer service gets an A+. They made me feel at ease and I have nothing but positive praise for this company. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.

I called Cumming Plumbing and they sent a service tech out the same day. Brad arrived within the time window I was given, he even called ahead when he was 20 minutes away. He understood the problem immediately and had the tank back up and working within 15 minutes. Brad was very friendly and gave me some additional information on tank less water heaters and Bradford White traditional water heaters. I will definitely call Cumming Plumbing when my 11 year old Kenmore eventually does give out!

Brad and Josh arrived on time. They were very professional and efficient. Every thing taken care of in a short amount of time!

We have had Cumming Plumbing out once before. We are very happy with the work they do. Brad was the plumber that was sent this visit and he did a great job. He was on time, and very courteous. They are very accommodating because this appointment was being scheduled after new countertops were installed. They were more than willing to arrive when the installers were finished, or at least as close as possible. It worked out excellent! I highly recommend them.

Brad did a thorough inspection. He recommended a $4 fix from the hardware store for our older water heater. He was conscious of it's age and didn't think a more expensive solution was recommended. He was also very knowledgable about options for a replacement water heater. Something we will definately keep in mind. And when it needs replacement, Cumming Plumbing will be the first one i call. Excellent

My appointment was set up for 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM. The men from Cumming Plumbing called exactly at 1:00 PM to tell me they would arrive in ten minutes, which they did.. They spent about 45 minutes diagnosing the problem, snaking out the discharge pipe three times to be sure, and testing to assure all was well. The work was completed exactly as expected and everything is working just fine now!

Daniel was very knowledgeable & courteous. He not only replaced the spigot, but addressed a few other minor concerns we had since he was already here.

Brad was excellent! It was obvious where the water had gotten in, or how to get the water out, but Brad systematically troubleshooted the problem and in the end was able to figure out where the water was (inside the hose) and how to get it out. In addition, he did some extra checks to make sure that there were no holes in the where water could get in (or worse gas could leak out). His thoroughness and creativity in the problem was really appreciated!

Brad was punctual and professional. Job went well and will call him for future work when needed.

Cumming quickly answered by email about their services. An appointment was made that fit into my schedule. Dan, the plumber, was prompt, courteous, and professional. He had my toliet up and running again in record time and at a very fair price. As a result, I will be having Cumming return in a couple of weeks to do additional work.

I received excellent service from Brad who snaked my kitchen drain pipe to eliminate a clog. Brad was very polite and professional in delivering services. He was prompt, explained what needed to be done, prepared the area to ensure no damage was done to the floor or cabinets, and thoroughly cleaned up after he was done. He even called his office to confirm I was eligible for a discount. I will definitely use and recommend Cummings Plumbing in the future.

Erick arrived at our home on time. He was willing to explain what he would be doing and how the new hot water heater differed from the one he was replacing. He was careful along the way to do everything carefully and to not leave any sort of a mess. Moving hot water heaters up and down the stairway into the basement is not easy. I think Erick did a great job. At this point, one day later, everything is working well.

Fantastic service. Less than 2 hours from the time I called to the time the new sump pump was installed. Daniel was great.

Brad was our plumber and he was excellent. Very quick response and was honest about the work needed to be done. Brad looked at some old plumbing and gave an estimate at what could and could and could not be done within our price range. i was very satisfied with there service.
