Justin arrived right on time, which is really great considering most plumbers/cable guys/etc are always late. He had called me earlier to let me know when he'd arrive and during the call asked me for a bit of detail about my issue. When he arrived he was prepared and got right to work. He only took about 10 minutes to complete the job and our toilet was back in perfect working order. Now it is 5 days later and it is still perfect. I will be using Cumming Plumbing for everything now.

OK. Though after he left, I found that I need to hold the toilet handle down during the entire flush in order for the flush to complete.

Did a great job! The company said they would be here between 1 and 3. Justin called at 1 pm and was here at 1:15! He explained everything he did. Justin made sure there wasn't any leaks before he left. Very nice guy and would recommend him and the company! I know I will use them again if and when I need to! Don't forget to print their coupon on their website.

Outstanding. Daniel was knowledgeable on task and friendly. I was a little concerned that I might be getting into a big bill but was pleasantly surprised.

Justin, the young man who handled my call was very prompt in coming to my aid. He called first and said he would be here in 20 minutes. Came exactly 20 minutes later. He knew how to fix the problem, and swapped out the pump and cleaned up after himself all in about 30 minutes. I would definitely call Cumming again if I have further plumbing problems. And I would ask to have Justin do the work.

Dan was the plumber on-sit. He was very good and answered all of my questions. The installation went smoothly and Dan very very careful to keep our home clean. I would certainly hire again and refer them.

I was able to schedule my appointment within a couple days of my call, and Nancy was very friendly and accommodating when I had to change my appointment date. She was able to schedule me right back in at my desired date and time. Daniel called prior to arriving and was busy the entire time. He quickly and efficiently moved from one item to the next, and was very patient with my two dogs who were underfoot on a few occasions. He completely fixed all of my issues, and was very polite, and left no mess behind. I wouldn't hesitate to use Cumming Plumbing again, and would highly recommend them.

when i called they told me what time they would be out.they came at that time.the serviceman name was Brad and he was very professional. He came in and did his job quick and good. would use them again and tell everyone about them.

I had a 5 foot run from the main gas line and was charged $342 which I thought was steep. He showed up around 5 minutes late which wasn't a big deal. He spent just under two hours (1 hour and 50 minutes) to complete the job. I didn't notice until after the plumber had left that I was charged for 2.5 hours of labor at $80 per hour. Parts came out to $142 which I thought was pricey. He used Trakpipe for the run. I would have preferred black pipe personally, but I am still satisfied with the workmanship. I have a working gas line and it saved me half a day if I were to do the work myself.

Dan was on time. I asked him to move the garbage disposal to my small sink and he did . He was neat and got the job done in a short amount of time.

We investigated the quality of pumps and confirmed it with Cumming. We were concerned about the pump sticking up out of the cover. They did an excellent job drilling the cover and placing just below. We would not hesitate to call Cumming again if needed. Thanks so much to Dan & Justin for another great job.

Problem was promptly & professionally repaired by Daniel.

We made an appointment for 8:30am. After calling, Dan arrived at exactly 8:30. He immediately went to work and was finished in about ninety minutes. He cleaned up after himself and took everything with him. He did an excellent job. He had a little gizmo on his phone that enabled me to pay by credit card. Would highly recommend Dan and his company.

Dan, the plumber, was Great! He was on time, very nice and did a great job replacing the heater hearter. He was in and out in no time. Also fixed a leak in our kitchen sink. Would recommend and hire again!

I wasn't present when the work was performed but was told that it would be $80/hr, the cost would be time & materials. Fine with me! Until I saw the receipt which had nothing itemized and I know they were there for 2.5 hours, the total was $350 and all I know was that they ran the gas line and our stove was connected. Fast forward a month when I've been noticing a gas smell coming from the stove. I call Cumming Plumbing to see if they can send someone out, they tell me I'm under warranty and someone would be out that day. Great! The gentleman that came out immediately noticed the leak and proceeded to tell me that they didn't hook up the gas line. What? Then he said they did but the parts weren't his. I didn't have anything to go off of since they didn't itemize the receipt. Mind you, this was the same individual that ran the line in the first place. I had no ground to stand on so I had to pay him for his 30 minutes that he was there ($40) and now my oven works.

Dan was punctual arriving at the scheduled service window. He did a great job in removing the old water heater and replacing it with a new one with little impact to my house full of guests. Excellent customer service from him.

Excellent service: I left a message on their answering service in the evening (ours was not an emergency) and the coordinator called early the next morning, set up an appointment the same day. The serviceman, Dan, called 5 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was coming, was polite, provided expert service, was done in record time, and finished the job with a smile! I would use Cumming again and would enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone.
