They were timely and did really good work. Dennis was the plumber he was friendly and explained what he was doing and why. A very good experience.

I phoned Cumming's Plumbing and they had me on the calendar within two days. Dennis called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Dennis was courteous, professional and prompt. Moreover, he was honest with his time. No games or surprises. None of the "I've got to run back out to the truck" for the umpteenth time business while the clock is running. He did a conscientious job. This is the second job Cumming's has done for me. I will only rely on them and their honest business practices for my plumbing needs.

Scot came to clean out my kitchen drain and found a few other things that needed done that were causing problems under my sink, including a leaky garbage disposal that he replaced. He did the work professionally, and cleaned up the area after he was done. He was very knowledgeable and polite and I was very happy his work. This is the second time I have had Cumming's Plumbing at my home and would definitely call them again.

Everything went great. Dennis was scheduled to arrive between 10-12. He was on the job at 10:20. He explained the work to be done and suggested replacing the 40 year old cutoff valves as well as the two spigots. It made a lot of sense to me. He completed the work in a timely manner and left the area neat and clean. I would call Cummings again for any of my plumbing needs.

I have had them out on two separate occasions as I have found things to be fixed or tweaked in my new house (like washer/dryer not up to code, not gas line run, etc). They showed up on time, did the work quickly and professionally, cleaned up after and were generally a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely continue working with them in the future.

Work was done in 2 stages and done very well and quickly. Before scheduling the job I emailed with the main office with what I needed done and sent pictures of my current condition, and they were able to give me accurate quotes ahead of time which were very reasonable.

Great service. From the person answering the phone (Nancy, I do believe) to the person doing the service work (Brad) everyone was super!! Went above and beyond to make sure that the problem was resolved correctly and done at a fair price. Brad stayed as late as was needed on a late Friday afternoon call to get the job done. Very professional. Would be safe to say Cumming Plumbing is our go to choice from now on for plumbing needs.

2 man team was on-time, efficient & did a great job. Replacing disposal in basement kitchen was not on original job order, but they did it quickly. I would definitely hire again.

We selected Cumming Plumbing because of other positive reviews, and we are very glad we did. We initially thought our project would be a simple leak repair, but it unexpectedly turned into a multi-week project. Dave and his team were all stand-up guys, very professional, and made reasonable suggestions as if the repair were taking place in their own home. They were willing to do whatever it took to get the job done, including late night and weekend work. We see Cumming Plumbing as our plumber of choice for all future plumbing needs.

I have recently had several plumbing service calls at my home and have used the Cummings Plumbing Co. Without exception this company is an example of one of the best service providers that I have ever discovered. Their customer service is second to none...and...after having served 46 years in the Corporate World, I do not give these type of compliments lightly! Twice the company sent a technician by the name of Brad, a highly knowledgeable, professional and of most importance... both a courteous and honest individual! Cummings Plumbing is a wonderful example of "Old School" professionalism...where the "Customer comes first!"! AAA+ recommendation!

I had my sump pump replaced. First plumber came out and did not put the pump up on bricks so it got pea gravel into the pump and blew out within a day. They were veryu responsive and cmae out at 8pm the next night to replace it and put it up on bricks. Also identified some other issues that I'll have to get fixed later. Very satisfied with their work!
