Excellent from the time I made the appointment to the completion of the job! Cumming's Plumbing was able to accommodate my schedule when I first made the appointment. Dennis showed up on time with all the required parts and tools needed, worked quickly through the job and explained everything he did. He told me about the warranty and asked if I had any questions. Dennis was also very conscientious of keeping the area neat and clean while he worked. I could tell by the way he worked that he was very skilled at his trade and knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Cumming's Plumbing and Dennis for any services needed. I have used them in the past and plan to again in the future!

Work went extremely well. Dennis (plumber) obviously a very experienced Cummings plumber--arrived on time (called ahead and said he was on the way) clarified with this homeowner what he was there to do (remove old faucets and put in new ones.). Explained water would need to be shut off for period of time (established location of water cut-off). No access door to shower, plumber neatly cut through dry wall to install new valve (had all tools necessary and vacuum). Drywall replaced neatly with screws to be repaired by homeowner-- C.P.I.'s do not repair drywall. Plumber very professional, pleasant. Note: All Cumming plumbers I have used for past 50 years have been very competent and efficient. Job invoices detailed and easily understood.

We were extremely pleased with the work the serviceman, Dennis, did for us over two separate visits. We would definitely use Cumming's again for any future plumbing needs.

Very bad. Wripp off We sent them a video clip of the problem. The serviceman did nothing but watch the shower leak. Spent 3 minutes, demanded $80.00, and left. We had a leaking shower head. We contacted Cumming's Plumbing and be be clear we sent them a Video clip to show the problem. They indicated they have experienced workers and sent a service man, who did nothing except turning on the shower and watching the leak and said it's not fixable. IT took about 3 minutes. Demnded $80 payment on the spot which was paid by a check. WE contacted the office several times and expained that he only did what was shown on the video clip. THe Manager (Emily) agreed to refund payment. However, refund was not sent and she declined to answer our multiple calls. The service man appeared clueless, inexperienced and was aprupt and harsh as were the manager (Emily). Clearly, unprofessional and clear rippoff and cheating. Terrible service and expeience. Due to lack of adequate and acceptable service as was requested by us (customer) , and lack of sufficient experience by the service man and inability to perform repair (nature of problem was clearly shown on the video clip), and since the Manager admitted all these facts (as well as unqualified inexperienced service man), we request Full Refund of $80. In fact, Emily agreed to do that, but she retracted her offer

In one word, perfect. Flush valve on a toilet got stuck sometimes with water running constantly. Service was easy to schedule and the plumber, Dennis, called ahead to make us aware that he was on his way. Repair was quick and Dennis took the time to explain what to do if this should happen again. He also took the time to look at a leaking drain under a sink, which turned out to be a leaking faucet. Work was completed to fullest satisfaction and I would recommend Cummings Plumbing and especially Dennis for all residential or commercial plumbing needs. Very satisfied.

We called the plumbing company that we have used for years after discovering we had water in the basement from a plugged sewer line, and were told that they could come out tomorrow, unless we wanted to pay overtime rates. I then called Cumming and they were here within 3 hours. Dennis, the plumber, was very professional, and cleared the clog in short order. I was very pleased with their speed, cost, and professionalism.

Fantastic. Large 75 gallon water heater replaced with no hassle. Brad also took care of an old Master valve on my 30 year old sprinkler. Tight quarters, installed no problem. Lawn won't be brown anymore. Thanks to Brad and Cummings for taking good care of us!! -Dave Kowalski

Dennis was very professional. He was knowledgeable and discovered that a couple of our valves were not working as they should have been. These were replaced as well. My husband was hanging around while he worked and verified that replacement of these valves were necessary. When I called, after hours, for service, my call was picked up and we were able to schedule the repair for the next day. I was told exactly what to do in the meantime. I will use Cummings Plumbing again.

Dennis was on time to fix a kitchen faucet leak. He was able to quickly determine the source of a funny toilet sound. Since he had the parts he was able to repaired it before he left. The toilet and kitchen faucet were repaired to our satisfaction. Great job.

I've used Cummings Plumbing 3 times and each experience was great. Great products installed by competent people at a fair price. Even the people on the phones are professional and helpful. The best service organization I've worked with - I trust and count on them and recommend them to family and friends.

I am very pleased with the work done on my bathroom today. Brad arrived early this morning to replace a corroded, ugly faucet on the bathroom (pedestal) sink with a new one I had purchased, and he changed the washers on the leaky faucets of my old-fashioned claw foot tub. Not exactly a straightforward tub faucet but he got the job done and it is FABulous. All of it. The price wasn't awful, either. Brad was pleasant, tidy, and professional. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

A leaking spigot had to be replaced. Unfortunately, it was in a tight cavity in the ceiling. I had called another plumber (not Cummings) in previously and he wanted to run pex because the run was too tight for him...I didn’t want pex and we parted ways. So, I called in Cummings. Dennis showed up and and replaced it the right way. Thank you.

Brad arrived on time, performed the job well and very efficiently. He was very pleasant and professional. We will definitely hire him again in the future for any other job. Thank you Brad for your help.

From start to finish, the job was well done! Daniel was on time, did the work needed and did it in a very timely manner. Cleaned everything up before leaving. Would highly recommend Cumming’s Plumbing and especially Daniel for your plumbing needs!

They arrived on time and did the job well, but I felt that this company was a bit dishonest with respect to pricing, which is why their grade was lower than it otherwise would have been. The plumbers that came out were really helpful and did an excellent job, but the price was so much more than they estimated on the phone, the grade had to be reduced. I would have appreciated knowing that there would have been 2 people showing up for the job and the time estimate should have been more appropriate. When I called to get an estimate, they mentioned that cost would be $80/hour with drive time to and from my house being charged. I thought this was strange, but since the business was 11 minutes (per Google maps) drive from my house, I accepted this based on their other estimates. They said the job would probably take 1-2 hours and would require about $70 in parts (about $50 for the frost free spigot and $20 for the regular). I mentally added about $10 for miscellaneous plumbing parts as well. So I was expecting the job to cost $250 at most and maybe $300 if some unforeseen issue came up, but all the plumbing was copper in pretty good shape, fully exposed, and easily accessible so I thought this unlikely. A plumber arrived with his apprentice soon after calling to say they were on the way. After explaining the job, they got to work, completed the job and showed me their work, which was well done. When they gave me the bill I was a bit shocked, however. They charged me $106 for parts, but I understood why about $20 more was added so parts ended about being only a tiny bit more than expected. Then they charged me $300 for labor. $80/hour for the plumber and $40/hour for the apprentice for 2.5 total hours. So they essentially charged me $120/hour for a length of time that they said they would be charging me $80/hour for. I probably would not have agreed to this job if I would have known that I would be paying this much.

It was very easy to make an appointment. Dan arrived on time and did an excellent job. The new pipping of the kitchen sink was finished with a very excellent quality. I will use their service again.

Responsive, professional, overall great service. Found very small leak in piping and fixed. Also solved problem with sump pump and made prevention recommendations. Very satisfied. Their pricing we thought was very reasonable.

Job done very well and in a timely manner. Daniel did an amazing job working with my 85 year old mother and making her feel comfortable.

Cummings Plumbing was on time....professional....and with a couple additional parts fixed the leaking showerheads like new. Would definitely call them back.

I called in the am and explained what the issue was. I was given pricing up front with the two choices to choose from. I was able to get an appointment the same day with no surcharge. The technician actually came earlier that I expected and was done in about 20 min. I was happy with the customer service as well as with the technician who was very professional and got the job done fast.
