I knew during this co-vid time it would be more difficult to get a plumber. I called Cumming's and they were very happy to help and scheduled Dennis to come. They coordinated with the city for the water shutoff. I was impressed by the promptness and expertise of Dennis. This was the first time I used Cumming's and I am pleased to say Cumming's Plumbing will be my plumbers from now on. I thought they were reasonably priced and high quality.

I purchased the Kohler parts, but did not fell confident doing the repairs myself. After several friends stating they would do the work but never showed, I called Cumming's Plumbing for help. I talked with Nancy and scheduled an appointment on the next available date. Received calls both from Nancy and Dennis the morning of the appointment and was given an estimated time of arrival. Dennis was prompt on his arrival. Dennis was courteous and professional, wearing a protective mask and booties when he entered my home. He knew immediately by hearing the water leaking into the bowl, what the problem was and had it completed in less than an hour. I will be calling Cumming's Plumbing for my next plumbing issue. I was very impressed from start to finish. Dennis came out within a couple of hours from the time I called, and he was able to quickly determine the problem. Unfortunately, it turned out that a new toilet was needed, but Dennis helped me find one that would fit our needs and our budget. He was very friendly and extremely efficient--in and out in a little over an hour! After Dennis helped me find the best toilet, Nancy (at the office) searched to see if she could find one to order, and she was able to do so, which saved me having to track one down myself. It's anticipated that the toilet will arrive--and will be installed--in just a couple of days! This was my first experience with Cumming's Plumbing, and I will definitely use their services again.

Outstanding! Dennis called to let me know he was on the way, then showed up early. Very professional, very friendly. Explained everything, so there were no unpleasant surprises. Double checked the work before he left. Cleaned up everything. Super satisfied, will definitely contact Cummings again for any future plumbing work that needs doing.

I called on Wednesday. The office staff was very helpful and got me scheduled for the next day. BRAD came out and did a great job putting in my new hot water heater. He answered all of my questions, was professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend Cummings' Plumbing.

Dennis was very professional and friendly. He installed a new shut-off valve, replaced the supply line, back-flushed faucet, removed debris and got the hot-water working.

Cleared lines, worked on drains & faucets. Tony & Dennis were 15min early, great with our pet and did a great job with what was asked!

Dennis called in advance of his arrival and showed up when he said he would. He was very courteous and took care to keep my home clean (protected my floors and wore shoe covers). The toilet was installed in an efficient manner — he even left the floor around it looking better than it did when he'd arrived!

Floor drain from kitchen sink was clogged had another company come out they could not clear and said pipe in floor needed replacement. I called Cummings they came out same day. Brad checked and ran a snake all the way to the main clean out he did a great job with no mess and saved me thousands of dollars. I will always call them if I have any plumbing issues. Easy to see why they have been in business so long. Not only a good company but great employees like Brad.

Called Tuesday, showed up on time Wednesday morning. Installed new water heater and brought up to code. Nick was very professional and explained as well as wrote a very detailed description of work performed.

My name is Corey (invoice 54761) and my plumber today was Dennis. I called today needing emergency service and they fit me in same day to repair my leaky/flood producing valve on my upstairs toilet. Dennis arrived ahead of schedule and completed the work in under 30 minutes and no leaks. I was blown away by the speed of service and the price was very competitive. Great! Brad and his partner called ahead, arrived when they said they work. Worked carefully and resolved my leak in the toilet seal and reset everything. Brad answered all my questions and let me know what additional work I should consider down the road on my old 1940s plumbing. I plan to hire them again when I remodel my kitchen in a few months.

They came the day after I called, and were even early! Very courteous professional and fast. I also have them work on my sump pump a few months ago, and receive the same quality service. I definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs big or small. Nick was great!

Nick spent 2 1/2 hours troubleshooting the issues. He determined the source of the problem....snaked several sections of the floor drain as well as repaired a plastic floor drain cover/collar that had come loose.

Nick called before coming out, arrived on time, and completed the work in a prompt and efficient manner. He also explained how I should turn the water on in the Spring, and clean out the connection for the Winter.He is an excellent example of why I always call Cumming Plumbing when I need a plumber.

Had an new water heater installed. The price was very competitive, and Brad was very courteous and professional. The previous install had pipes going everywhere. They were able to clean that up and make it look much better. Highly recommended.
