Description of Work: Repaired damaged pipes due to freezing in lower level bathroom. Diagnosed and made the repairs that were required. Repairs were done efficiently and neatly and the leaking issues were completely fixed.

Description of Work: I had the sink water line clogged, so I called the service based on Angie's List review. |They promptly arrived and started working on it. |Took about 1 hour to fix the clogging issue and paid roughly $140. |I thought that was great... | |After two days the clogging issue came back... |Called the company again, and they tried a different way working from basement for about 3 hours and charged me ~$350 again. | |I asked to see if any discounts apply because the first attempt didn't work and this is second visit to fix the same problem. The answer was simply no, as the plumbing work doesn't provide any warranty... |The total cost was about $500 to fix the clogging issue. It is done, so I am OK but I don't know if the price I paid was fair or not...

Description of Work: Replaced shower handle with ADA type that my mother could handle. Cut a very neat access hole in back of closet and told me exactly where to get an access door to cover the hole. Very neat, called to ask if he could come a little early which was fine with me. Very nice man, Dave Cumming, and I would definitely call them again for service. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: we have used Cumming Plumbing many times over the last 8 years to re-pipe our whole house, clean drains, install a kitchen and bathroom sink, and install an entirely neww sewer drain line/sewer connection. Every time they have provided prompt professional service with reasonable pricing.
