Chris was prompt and straight forward. Pricing and quality were top notch. He was in an out in the time he said it would take. i had a 2 day project.

Chris was the salesman and installer. He was a no pressure salesman. Just told me what I needed. Insulation was installed Quickly and professionally. The job was completed in about 3 or 4 hours. He and his partner did a great job of spraying cellulose and clean up afterwards. They Covered clothes and furniture, and vacuumed floor once done. He also told me about the utility company rebate. The price was the best of 3 estimates. I would recommend Artic Insulation.

Very thorough job. Did above and beyond of what was promised. They found that birds had torn through the screens of the eave vents and repaired them without charge. Cleaned up after work was completed. Great experience.

I couldn't be happier with Arctic Insulation. Chris is as down-to-earth as it gets, and makes about the lowest-pressure sales pitch possible. When I first met with him, I felt like we were hanging out, instead of feeling like a victim of a salesman. Arctic Insulation's price was nearly too good to be true. He was able to quickly schedule the work - unfortunately, I got extremely busy, and was rendered unable to leave work during the day. And so, I trusted Chris and his partner in my home - and I was right in doing so, the only major sign that they had been there was that I forgot to disable my alarm and got a call from my alarm company (sorry guys!). The work was very well done (I had dense pack celluouse blown into exterior walls). The motar joints were expertly patched, and I can only see them when I'm looking for them. A week after the work was done, I had Blanket Insulation in (that did foam sealing for me), and they did a blower door test, and an infra-red camera (props to them for being willing to check the work of others). The infra-red showed that every stud bay was completely full of insulation, and the blower door test showed a pretty drastic reduction in air flow, which is a good sign that the insulation was truly dense packed. Their associate even commented on the quality of the work. Great work for a great price, from a great guy. I can't think of any reason to not recommend Arctic Insulation.

The owner, Chris, gave us the opportunity to discuss other insulation concerns outside of what we had originally called him for. This was not the case with other companies that came out. Chris offered a solution and then his price to do the additional work was extremely reasonable. Chris is an honest hardworking no bs guy.

I hired this company because of the customer reviews I found online. Chris responded promptly to my inquiry, found an opening for insulation installation the same week, came with his crew and did the job efficiently after explaining exactly what he was going to do. The guys were friendly, no nonsense. I never got another quote because from the first contact I knew these were people I'd want to do the job.
