Professional and speedy!

1)Anyone using this company should be sure to mark where they want the corners with marking paint or stakes or you will get whatever they want to put in. I provided a detailed drawing and walked the entire fence line detailing where I wanted the fence. 2) require a detailed material list (not a lump sum) so that you are sure you are getting what you pay for. 3) Check every fence pole to ensure you don't have to move the insulators / connectors.

Post's are wiggling, gate doesn't shut well

I would not hire them again. I would not recommend them to anyone. The fence was put Ann and there are things that need to be fixed. The cap is missing off one of the tops of the post they said they were going to mail it. I have not yet received it. I have tried to get ahold of them and it appears ours seems to be that when I am trying to get a hold of them or send more pictures of the job that was not complete they blocked my number I cannot send pictures of the fence that I found the extra fencing that I found on the other side of the fence for the woods. I have talked to Brandy and the office. She said that she had not got a hold of Jim for three days either when I had been trying to get a hold of Jim. She said that he was on the property one day but could not find him after putting me on hold from 5 to 10 minutes tell me she could not find him. In my experience with having a boss like that, they would say the same thing to me to tell them, I am not here or tell them you cannot find me, Etc. I would sure love to send or attach my pictures of the job they did or did not do right

Wright Fence did a great job. I did need to contact them a couple of times about getting the work started, but when I did they responded in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with their work and the cost of the project.

The contractor does not follow up on the job. He gave us an estimate and said he would be back and I never heard from him again. We tried to reach out and still no call back. He also did this to a colleague as well.

Very poor communication. They do not return calls or emails. So in result I have to get a new company to come out and have to get deposit. back. In the contract it indicates would give an installation date and they did not,

The company got in touch with me right away, came out to the house within a few days to measure, go over options, and give estimate. Within 2 weeks fence was installed. Installers were very professional. Answered all of my questions, were very thorough and quick, only tok 2 days and fence was ready to use.

When dealing with Wright directly, I was very pleased with the quote process and everything up front. However, the contractor they had actually done the job was horrible. Guy had to come by 3 times to complete the job, left a post laying in the neighbors yard, left pieces of metal and fencing on the ground, and the fence is not even along one side.

I hired this company over several others that I had come to my house, because they seemed like a good company and had a competitive price and time frame to get the fence up. They asked for a deposit of half down which came to $800 which I paid. They told me it would be 8 weeks at the most. 8 weeks came and went and I had no fence. I started trying to contact the company. I would leave a message every Monday and Friday for over a month, asking for them to contact me. I received no phone call back from them. I just assumed they stole my money. 4 months after signing a contract with them I receive a text from the secretary saying they were sick and that is why the delay happened. I dont understand how one person getting sick stops everyone from contacting the customer about a delay, especially after trying to contact them several times. In this text exchange she tells me I will have my fence in two weeks. The Monday of the two weeks I contact her via the text she contacted me on and asked if we were still on for my fence. I received no response from her. Two weeks after this the owner called me and asks me "are you ready for your fence." Never once offering an apology for the delay or lack of response. The company finally installed my fence 5 months after hiring them. I will say the builders that installed my fence were great. Its a shame the owners were not. When I received the final bill I told them my displeasure with their company. The secretary said they would tell the owner and the owner would get back to me after unloading a semi. A full day goes by and I finally get a response from the secretary saying there is nothing he can do, but he refuses to call me and offer any explanation or apology. I only write this to try and warn others away from this company.

The fence came out just perfect! The estimator, business owner and installers all were incredibly nice, professional and did great work. The only reason I gave 4.5 instead of 5 stars is I had to wait almost 3 months to get the fence installed. Not really their problem, with so much rain.......Otherwise they were fantastic. I highly recommend them

Very reliable! The job not only looked great but my dog could not find anywhere to escape and that was everything. I would hire them again if the need arises.

Less than 1 year after install all ties snapped on a 16 section; I could not fix new aluminum ties as the fence could not be pulled up to top bar - faulty setup. Gate is too big for opening. They pushed support brackets out to make it fit; still does not. Latch scrapes post and to attempt a cheap fix they cut a piece and it hangs there. Will not honor warranty, do not return calls, crew and staff plain lie. Worried how the rest of fence will hold up.

The fence is pretty but there were miscommunications and delays. The fence was supposed to be eye level and it is not. Additionally, there is a crooked post dead center. The crew put the whole fence up in less than a day, and there was never an inspection of the work. This has been a very upsetting experience, and I will have to look at these mistakes forever as that the company will not make corrections, citing that this would be costly to fix and that I would have to cover said cost.
