Please do not be dishonest in your reply. Please thoroughly check Wright Fence Company reviews on Yelp, Google and with the Better Business Bureau before using them. I wish I had done a more thorough check instead of trusting the average score. I won't be using this company to install the rest of my fence and will not be recommended them to anyone. My neighbor is planning to fence ~20 acres and won't be using this company. My tractor is brand new and was never part of any conversation. I would not have discussed using my tractor which is obivious since you already stated I drove your crew around the property in my truck. Yes I reviewed where I wanted every corner post but that isn't where the posts were placed. Your crew did not offer to review the corner posts before setting them and everytime your crew asked I stopped working and meet with them. I was very clear and told your crew at least 10 times that I wanted the fence 8 feet off the tree line. My fence ranges from 12 feet to 24 feet off the tree line. I have photos of the posts that are not filled in and holes your crew dug and then dug a new hole 3 feet farther from the tree line. Had your crew placed the corner post where I indicated I would have the 4250 feet of fence that was requested, estimated and paid for. 1) Mark your corners with marking paint or stakes. Otherwise you will get whatever they want to put in. I provided a detailed drawing and walked the property showing where I expected every post and fence line but that's not what I got. 2) Require a detailed material list so that you know you are getting what they estiamted. They will gladly charge you for extras but don't credit you or give you the materials you paid for but they didn't use. 3) Check every fence post to ensure the insulators / connectors are in the right place. I have multiple that I have to move. 4) Require in writing the spacing of the fence posts. The average distance between my fence posts is 33 ft with ranges from ~21 foot to ~ 42 foot. Rather than the 30 foot that was agreed to by the owner and confirmed with the installation crew.

Job is done very well when they finally got it done. We had a consultation September 2023. Was told if we paid half down we would be put on the books to get it done in October. I got it half paid but apparently a contract needed to b3 signed. I wasn't given 1 to sign at the time of 1st payment. They sent the contract to the right address but wrong names. That took weeks. Then we had to wait until December for them to put the fence in. They left cut pieces of the fence laying in my yard where someone or pets could step on the sharp cut ends. Or a tire could run over the cut ends. Once installed I'm happy with the fence. But everything else I'm Not happy.

Jim and his crew were very up front about time frames and the process. I understand when you are competitive in pricing and workmanship that there is usually a wait period. They showed a few days after scheduled due to rain but they worked hard and efficiently to get the job done. We couldn't be happier with the work and the fence is beautiful! Jim answered all of my annoying questions and was always understanding and professional! Thank you and strongly recommend!

I live next door to the home getting a new fence. Jamie, one of the employees of Wright fence, noticed I had some damage to my fence. Jamie came over introduced himself and fixed my damaged fence at no charge! Thank you so much Jamie! Wright fence has some amazing employees working for them!

If you want to have your money stolen this is the place to call. Put half down on a job in March 2020, have not heard from or seen them since. No return calls after the “COVID Delay”, no refund, no nothing. So if you would like to spend a year of your time trying to get your money back and no work done, this is the place to call, but if want a honest business that does what it says it will do you need to call someone else.

Fantastic. This company is great. I have no complaints whatsoever. The install crew was the best. On time, professional, worked as a team and just got things done. They took care in our yard and the fence looks great! I highly recommend this company.

Wright Fence was tremendous to work with in every aspect. We had numerous delays on our end due to concrete for the pool being delayed by rain several times, and they were extremely understanding and flexible in scheduling around us. They were very responsive and accommodating, and the crew who came out to install the fence were professional, courteous, and did excellent work. I highly recommend using Wright Fence and would refer them to anybody that needed a fence or landscaping work!

I told them the fence had to be exactly where the old fence was, except part of it had to be 18" away from a large tree. They put the fence right next to the tree. They came back & moved it. Plus instead of the fence being between 2 tree stumps (where old fence was), new fence goes over a stump. I'm not sure when they did the fence; Mar-April 2016.
