Description of Work: We had a water leak in our upstairs bathroom which leaked throught the ceiling into our laundry room below. Kevin cut a hole in the laundry room ceiling, replaced the drain in the shower, and made a removable trap door in the ceiling, in case we ever have the problem again. We have used him before and he is a jack of all trades. He is knowledgable, sees what needs to be done, and gets it done in an effecient manner. He is very professional, reliable, and a truely nice man.
