+ -1 moreThe repairman showed up exactly on time in spite of a nasty ice storm that morning. He quickly found the problem and didn't make me feel too dumb when he explained that putting the ash pan in backwards caused the difficulties. This is the second time we have called them and have no complaints.
Description of Work: The provider repaired our in home pellet stove.
