The locksmith, Sam, arrived punctually. He installed a new storm door lock and additionally repaired the face hole of another door lock which had been installed by someone else years ago & needed repair. The price was a bit high, but the professional workmanship was worth it.

Life savers, my sliding door would not close or lock properly, they were able to make it out the next day!!

I hired them to put a new lock and dead bolt on front door the job was ok, although he used a very cheap lock/deadbolt set and charged me high end retail $249.00 . They said they would repair rear entrance door. I told them I was on a budget so they they could do a good job and make look food and function well. It looks bad, it doesn't fit properly, sloppy half way work. I should have not paid them but they were friendly so I trusted them. I'm in a wheelchair and really could not get up and check the job out closely and it was getting dark. I even gave them a tip. $665 bucks later, and the back door still needs to be repaired. This is why I normally don't use Angi, and won't ever use them again. They could even give a decent receipt just the totals of the checks I gave them to pay. But they made sure to state in or on there email, that all sales are final.One more thing l should have called a professional.

Knew exactly what to do in a short period of time.

Professional got the lock fixed. The quality of the lock wasn't very good. It locks but needs quite a bit of force. It is enough to hold off buying a new door for now.

They worked to fix the sliders on a 1970’s sliding door wall. They were able to use available parts they had to complete the repair. The overcame what many would just not try to fix. Great job Sam!

Gentlemen knew what he was doing. Tricky sliding door had issue latching. Door somehow misaligned n striker needed to be shimmed. Thank you so much. Came out within an hour of me calling.

Do not use this company if you are going to be using a credit card. I had to pay an extra $33.00 for the privilege of using a credit card. One of the two people stunk my house with stale cigarette smoke order. The one in charge didn't seem to know how to do the work. He was the one that set the price and the ransom for using a credit card.
