Excellant work! I can personally verify my gutters were dirty and filled with leaves before they came to clean them out. I checked them again after the work was done and they were SPOTLESS! Completely clean of all dirt, leaves, etc. I was very impressed. They responded quickly to come out and give me an estimate (same day I called). Services were performed the very next day and in freezing cold with rain!!! They are truly awesome! I'd recommend to all and will use them again. Blessing....

I cannot rate most of the criteria because Sean was a no-show. I live on a hill with a long driveway, and needed snow removal urgently because my propane was getting low the service truck needed a clear driveway to get to the tank. I called Sean around 9:30 a.m. He lives in Pinckney, so I asked first if he served Howell. He said yes, but the charge would be $50 because of my long driveway and the extra gas for the trip. I agreed, and he said he would be there in one and 1/2 hours. By 3:00 p.m. he had not arrived so I called him and left a message on his phone asking why the delay? Receiving no answer, I called again around 4:00 p.m. but his mailbox was full. After that, I called another snow removal person, who arrived after dark. I am guessing that the reason Sean did not show was because other customers called who were closer to his place of business and he probably chose to serve them rather than make the longer trip to Howell. I can understand this, and breaking his promise to me is not my main complaint. Rather, it is the fact that he failed to call and tell me this. I would not have been happy about it, but I would have understood enough not to bother to write this message for prospective customers.

SC went over and above by shoveling areas that couldn't be done with plow and charged same as agreed upon for just the plowing. SC was on-time and work exceeded my expectations.

Sean arrived when he said he would and finished the work quickly, Sean was very attentive to the way we wanted the work done - we have two walkways that we use continuously and he made sure he knew exactly what we wanted done. Sean is always punctual and trustworthy and I recommend him highly.

Sean did a great job; he is very personable, and presented a very fair quotation. We have subsequently hired him to perform lawn care and landscaping clean-up for the remainder of the season. Thanks for the help Sean!

I would recommend Sean without any reservation for anyone needing a punctual and professional company that does true quality work at a very reasonable price. I had tried contacting several other companies and either they didn't show or never had the time to come out. Sean on the other hand, responded immediately to my inquiry and was here the very next day! Yeah-I was so happy!

Sean, and his associates, performed all services in an outstanding manner. All work was completed on-time, and the costs were very reasonable for the high quality of work performed; we were very pleased, and would definitely recommend SC Stone and Outdoor Services to our neighbors.

Sean did a double cut of our front lawn at no extra charge the first time and it was beautiful. We've since decided a single cut of the front and back lawn is sufficient and our lawn looks great. Our neighbors across the street hired him to do their lawn as well.Sean is punctual and calls if the agreed upon day has to change, for instance, if it looks like rain. Good communicator, listens well. We'll be using him for all our winter upkeep as well. Highly recommended!!
