I am a commercial and residential, master painter with over 20 years of experience. I have supervised / worked on hundreds of projects ranging in size from several hundred to over one hundred fifty thousand sq feet. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. "Though the gutters were cleaned in December after the leaves had fallen, this spring of 2024 the gutters were over flowing!! I texted David regarding this issue he said they check the downspouts using a leaf blower. This spring I noticed no apparent debris from the downspouts being blown out. David said that my house is surrounded by trees and the downspouts are probably blocked again. This is 4 months later!! What would be blocking the gutters from draining. He said he'd come out but would have to charge me again, again for a service I paid for that wasn't completed properly in December. Would not recommend or use again."
