+ -1 moreI'm absolutely thrilled with the results! It's very evident that the team took pride in their work. They repaired even the smallest dings. My house looks brand new! The team was always courteous and considerate. They showed up on time and always cleaned up before they left. They're a great group of guys! The owner, Chris Daily, is an honest guy and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire Preferred Painting again!
Description of Work: The outstanding team at Preferred Painting converted all the hickory cabinetry (including a large kitchen, 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms), and oak woodwork throughout my 3,000 sq. ft. home from stain to white paint. They also repaired and painted all of the ceilings and walls.

+ 2 moreIt all went extremely well. I can't say one "don't" or negative thing about Preferred Painting. They even repaired other contractors accidents. The counter top and flooring guys scraped and dented the walls and cabinets accidentally during installation and Chris and his team were quick to do the repairs.
Description of Work: We have been working with Preferred Painting in remodeling a newly purchased home starting in February, whereas there were many projects: Extensive drywall repair, kitchen and bathroom painting, entire interior home was repainted and the last project in June was exterior power washing and all trim was painted.

+ 2 moreChris is communicative, courteous and honest. He's is a person of integrity and it was good to work with someone I trusted right off the bat. His team were professional, quiet and friendly. They were punctual and cleaned up at the end of each work day. The work was born of experienced hands. Very clean lines and accurate painting. My home looks amazing and my neighbors are asking for referrals!
Description of Work: • Pressure washed complete exterior of home including large wrap around deck (with soft scrub as needed) • Caulked and secured loose nails as needed • Application of 3 colors of paint (complete color change) on home, trim, doors, gutters and downspouts and deck railing • Stained deck • Clean up each day

These are services we do NOT offer: We do not hang and finish drywall, but we do drywall repairs. We are limited on faux finishes, but have many to choose from. We do NOT hang wallpaper, but we do remove it. we do not warranty any flat surfaces exposed to Michigan weather.
