They came out the day I called for an estimate and did the work a day after I asked them to do it. Very efficient service!

We were really impressed with Mark and his crew. They were extremely professional and well prepared. They took the extra time to protect our lawn and property. The tree we had cut down was about 60-70 foot tall and was about 3ft in diameter. It only took them a little over an hour to complete the work and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We will definitely be calling Mark back as we have more trees that need to come down.

Mark's Tree Service is awesome. He's really good. We'll always use him. He took down several trees. Our house is back in the woods. It was in July he cut down some trees. I'd say a couple of years we've used him. For pricing we got estimates, so A. He's great. Once a year he'll come back.

Mark was quick to respond to our initial request for a quote. He came the same day and provided a quote for the provided service. He took a few days to return our call to request a specific timeline, however the weather was bad and changed planning. Mark did complete the work within 2 weeks of the quote and called 24 hours before to ensure the timing worked. The crew was 5 people that worked very quickly and efficiently. They completed the work in about 4 hours and did a good job with clean up. They use a variety of heavy equipment including a small bobcat style front loader that did leave some tire tracks in the yard but very minimal considering the workload and time of year (mid-April and soft ground). We received two quotes and Mark's was slightly lower but we primarily chose him based on Angie's List reviews. He delivered as quoted with no problems and faster than expected. Note - the trees were very close to our house with large branches over the roof line of our home and neighbors. His crew did a great job of ensuring none of the trimming or falling caused property damage (excluding very minimal equipment tracks and indention where the trees were downed).

Very well done. They showed up, set up, and got to it. My tree was right next to my pool, my pool fence, and fiber optic pool lighting system. The dropped that tress, cut up the pieces to fire place size, and chipped the rest in less than 45 minutes. It was a tricky job too as they had many obstacles in their way that would be disastrous if they hit it with a branch. They were considerable less than my other two quotes. The only complaint is that it took a little while for them to respond to my first call for a quote. Otherwise, very happy.

after a delay in responding to call due to weekend and going back and forth with DTE for a few days to get the electrical wires moved (tree was on wire) Mark's team removed the broken trees and additional additional trees in 1 day.

After several attempts to contact this "highly rated" provider I have decided to move on. I have attempt to contact thru Angie's List and by phone and have never received a response. Not what I consider professional!

excellent work. the crew got right to work. did everything as quoted, cleaned up afterwards. were friendly and worked with me on what limbs to trim. will use again and recommend to my friends.

Mark came out and gave me a very competitive quote. Didn't get anything in writing (they were very busy) bull called a couple weeks later and were scheduled for a couple weeks after that. The foreman (Joe?) and crew arrived promptly when scheduled, and worked hard & quickly. They were flexible with my indecision (decided at last minute to trim instead of remove the large maple) and Mark adjusted the bill accordingly. There was a bit of confusion regarding the exact estimate and the details of the work that could have been avoided with a written estimate, but Mark & his crew were fair, priced right and overall did a very good job trimming, cutting, stump grinding & cleanup. I plan to have them back this spring/summer for some additional tree removal. I would recommend Mark's Tree Service in a heartbeat. This company was punctual and responded to phone calls within a timely manner.

Professional. Did a nice job. Very fair priced. Responsive, as many other companies never returned a phone call. Happy, and will have him do more work in the future.

Mark was very professional, provided a quote and answered all of our questions. He called the day before to remind us that the crew would be starting. Mark came on a cold winter day with snow still on the ground - tried to get the job done while the frost was still in the ground to protect the lawn from the large equipment. The crew came on time and prepared. They were experts at climbing and using the equipment close to our house. They cleaned everything up and were pleasant to talk to. Will not hesitate to use them again.

Did a terrific job, Mark is very responsive. Crew worked hard and efficiently. Fair pricing. They removed a lot of wood for the price, were careful and have great equipment. Have used them several times.

All the jobs Mark did here were great. He is the fastest I've seen. His crews are experienced and he is a master of his craft, with the right equipment to do large jobs

Well. There was some initial confusion about length of some of the thicker pieces of wood but mark came out himself and looked at the work done by his crew. Because of the confusion he had his crew come back out and cut some of the larger pieces down. He was very fair about it and took care of things promptly.

Went very well. Crew was very proffessional and worked very hard to clear up and adjust to a minor misunderstanding. Very happy with the service and will definately use again.

Mark arrived to give me a price on removal of 4 dead trees and stumps. He was very professional and answered any questions I had. I requested a start day within the next week and he was able to squeeze me in. On the day of service, they arrived on time and went right to work. They did a great job on cutting down the trees. The following day the next crew came to grind the stumps. As expected, they did a great job as well. Thank you Mark!!

Very professional and our 35' blue spruce was cut down and removed within 30 minutes from the time they showed up. The area was cleaned and the stump was removed the next day. I would recommend Marks tree service to anyone and will use their service again if needed.

Came on time with the right equipment. Very polite, professional. Worked about half a day without stopping. Very careful about removing trees near house. Amazingly skillful crew.

Crew arrived set up felled trees moved sectioned timber to side wood lot to be cut and split by me later.

They arrived with bucket (60") and chipper and took down tree. Cut most of it up into forewood size pieces.

Mark was very responsive and timely in both the quoting and the actual job. The crew was very professional and clean up was very good. This job was in a condo setting and all the neighbors were satisfied with the work and clean up. We will use this service again. Very happy with the job!

Mark returned my call promptly, provided an estimate the same day. The only reason he got a B for punctuality is that he had to delay a couple of days for rain. The only sign they had been there were the temporary tire tracks where they hauled the chipper. He also came out while I was at work and and quot;trustedand quot; me to pay later. Altogether a great experience.
