jim and jay have been servicing livingston county and the surrounding area for 15years,we personally do all bidding and then show up and do the work,occationally subcontracting block laying,trenching and local help with larger jobs,usually we do not require a down payment(depending on job size)but balance upon completion,we are a small family owned company that believes you always get what you pay for,useing the highest quality materials (concrete) in the area.we also reccomend wire mesh and or re-rod in all exterior concrete,Michigan weather causes our ground to exspand like a balloon during winter.

Complete explanation of job, including modifications that the new floor would require. (i.e. needed to raise current garage door to accommodate increased floor height) Finish on floor was excellent. Would recomend them to friends.
Description of Work: Concrete slab in 30x40 barn, approaches to doors, and 12x40 slab next to barn, with mesh re-inforcement in all concrete.

Better than expected!
Description of Work: Flatworks removed approx.. 2500 Sq. Ft. of asphalt driveway and replaced with new 4" thick concrete. Jim, Jay and Erin did an outstanding job and completed the work within a timely basis. Old asphalt was removed, compacted the base & installed the concrete forms. The new concrete driveway was completed in one day. Jay & Jim added rerod, wire mesh and extra finishing work not in the base contract. Bottom line- they did an excellent job and I would hire them again to do any additional concrete work in the future.
