Dealing with Sean Meyer was a pleasure. He was both responsive and professional in all of our interactions. The job proceeded very well from its inception and conformed to all relevant building codes. The workmanship was excellent, including the necessary carpentry, masonry, painting, roofing, and installation of the new fireplace. I also liked that the job was carried out continuously from start to finish, and was finished well before the target date. The initial estimate was reasonably accurate... only about 15% lower than the final cost.

This project was a perfect example of "scope creep". But when we saw the results and quality of workmanship, we kept adding to the project. Sean handled all of these additions with professional ease. We were doing this project long distance (this is a vacation home for us) so we often relied on his professional judgement when issues or questions arose - and we were always pleased with the outcome. We will absolutely use him again in the future and are already working on a future project list for him and his crew. This is a top notch crew, both pleasant and professional, who can handle big and small jobs with ease. We can, without reservations, recommend Sean Meyer Construction.

EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH

Great. Sean found matching shingles and installed them the day he received them.. The workers were efficient, polite, and refused a gratuity. Cleaned up and placed leftover shingles where I showed them.

He is so nice! I can always call him and ask questions and I know I get a truthful answer. He is always on time. He is very kind and mannerly. He is one of the best guys I have met in Northern Michigan.

Sean was a pleasure to deal with. I was able to make all the arrangements over the phone and Sean even visited to do a preliminary inspection and estimate. The work was done on time, done well and at the agreed on cost.

He sent out his worker Bill who was very curtious and professional. He did a awesome job repairing roof, ceiling and floor. He also had to jack the room back up to house and seal it. I think it was a bit pricey. But I guess if gou want professionalism nd a good job done you have to pay for it.over all it was a great expeirance and Im very satisfied with the work that was done and would use this contractor again.

I was impressed when Sean Meyer returned my initial phone call the same day. He was courteous and professional and interested in doing the work I described. We met several times to go over the job and set a time for it's completion. I added more work the more I thought about what was needed, and this was no problem, he was very willing to add to the project. He was able to start a week before planned and I was out of town for the birth of a grandchild. That was no problem! We talked over the phone and when I returned, all the work was done and was done well. I would have to say this project was relatively stress-free for me and that was because of working with Sean. I would recommend him to do any work a friend might have, large or small. .

He was prompt, professional, and quick. He even provided before and after pictures to show just how bad the problem was.
