I filled out an online form with Home Advisor and received calls from 2 inspection companies within minutes. They both seemed very well qualified. The inspector we hired was Mathew with L & A Inspections. He was on time and did a thorough job. I have nothing but good things to say about him. I have one word of caution about Home Advisor. When I filled out the online form, it seemed to open a floodgate of junk emails. I received 47 spam emails within an hour of filling out that form. I unsubscribed from those that allowed me to and blocked the rest. Other than that, it was a very positive experience all the way around.

Matt was fantastic. He not only had a good eye and a thorough approach, he also had great ideas about how to address any issues that came up. Professional, friendly, thorough, expeditious. He communicated well throughout the inspection and provided an immediate, written report with pictures and a summary of key findings. Matt also makes himself available for any follow-up questions. Matt was very wonderful. He was able to take care of both things we needed done. Matt is very nice and friendly, and honestly his prices were wonderful for what we needed done.
