+ -1 moreJack was great! He returned our call promptly, upon leaving a message, that we were having problems (unlike another local person, who shall remain nameless). Came out on a Saturday morning, and promptly had the work completed. He was very friendly, personable, and reliable. Definitely will use him again, and recommend him to others. He went above & beyond, to provide great service, even on a weekend. .
Description of Work: Cleaned out septic tank, and holding tank, plus helped my husband install new pump.

Description of Work: We were out of town and our alarm went off indicating a problem with our septic system. We called K&J and they sent Adam out to the house within an hour and he correctly diagnosed the problem and called us back to tell us what was wrong and how he repaired the problem. Apparently the original pump was installed incorrectly by the excavation company when the house was built three years ago. Adam noticed that they had used regular screws to install the "tree" in the holding tank that holds the pump. Being in damp conditions for three years, the screws eventually rusted through and the pump and tree mechanism fell to the bottom of the tank, where it ran continuously until the tank ran dry and signaled the alarm.
