Description of Work: Service requested was not given in a timely fashion, took 6 months for a project that was to take 1-2 months. First rendering was a 'duplicate' of another designer that was shown as reference. Services provided did not match what was agreed upon; when copy of contract was requested it was not available and wording had been changed since signing my agreement. I was not given a copy of original contract as we met off site without copier. Disappointed in this experience.
