Dan's work was outstanding. He was delayed in completing the project due to unforeseen complications. (The substance with which the logs were originally treated -- "log oil," which is no longer manufactured -- proved more complicated to remove than anticipated. He was extremely fair in billing for this additional work -- only charged me cost for the extra. I will absolutely use Dan again if/when I need to recoat the cottage!

Fantastic! Because of the nature of the job, Dan's estimate was based on time and materials and, not surprisingly, some cost overruns were incurred. (There were any number of challenges, based on the age of the structure and the substance with which it had been coated previously.) However, Dan communicated with me about those budget variances and worked hard to minimize them. Ultimately, his final bill charged his cost for the overruns AND gave me the option as to what portion of the overrun to pay. Beyond cost, I was impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of Dan's crew, and especially his foreman, Jay. The crew arrived every morning by 7:00 and worked a solid 8 to 9 hours. To speed progress, they also worked on Saturdays. I was a little bit disappointed that the work wasn't completed as soon as I had hoped. However, once started, the crew was there every day until the job was completed, and their workmanship was excellent. I will definitely use Dan's services in the future! So happy! Our cottage looks amazing. Dan and his crew were prompt, professional, and very friendly. Our cottage is old and required a TON of prep work (power washing, scraping, re-caulking, etc) which Dan's crew did thoroughly. Every night when the work was finished, the crew cleaned up after themselves (we had guests stay during some of the painting). Dan was patient with our indecision and helpful with suggestions too. I would absolutely recommend him. *NOTE - Dan is VERY busy, so if you would like to use him, plan as far ahead as possible. He will definitely fit you into his schedule.

Dan showed up exactly when he said he would. His crew was professional, clean and very considerate of our property. He kept us informed of the progress throughout the length of the job. This was especially important to us since we live 3 hours away! He asked if there was anything more he could do for us. We actually had him paint an additional area before he left. No problem! The paint job is impeccable! We will call Dan again the next time we need paint. He is awesome! Would highly recommend.

Did a great job. Suggested he do a complete house refinishing. Called him to get an estimate but never got back to me.

They were so Professional and kind and courteous and very punctual, they were very meticulous about taping off window pulls and shelf brackets and turning my kitchen into a paint booth taking doors off and drawers and spraying at the shop and finishing the inside of the cabinets. We could not be more Pleased with the Beautiful Job the Guys did with our cabinets they look and feel Brand New again. Everybody went over and above and beyond to makes us Happy. I will definitely use the company again.
