They responded via email promptly, but never took care of the problem. I was able to contact them on friends phones or by cell, but they were neither cooperative, or professional. I currently use Majic Jack, and love it. Have had no problem, and after the initial purchase of their equipment ($39.99) it is only $19.99 a year using the same high speed internet I had with vonage.
Description of Work: Vonage offers internet phone service (you have to have high speed internet) They have a trial period in which you are supposed to be fully refunded if it does not work out. The whole time I had the service I could hear other people but they could not hear me. I have over 50 emails between them and myself concerning this matter saved, because I couldn't call them to deal with it because they couldn't hear me so hung up. I would have cancelled during the trial period but they kept giving me free time and assuring me that the problem would be taken care of but it never was.
