The gentleman assigned to our job had to do a lot of probing to find the access to the septic tank(s) and because this was the first time we needed to have the tanks cleaned, we couldn't pinpoint the location either. In fact, the gentleman called our builder for help in locating the access point which I thought was quite smart on his part. Once found, he pumped both tanks and cleaned the filter between the tanks and came to the house to tell us he was finished and how the job had gone. He was very professional and pleasant. As an aside, he said someone had called the police to indicate he was dumping sewage in the woods (our system is in the woods). He took care of the matter and didn't trouble us with the issue when the policeman showed up to question him.
