+ -1 moreEric Lantz gave an accurate estimate for a pole building site prep, and stayed within the ranges he quoted. He allowed me some flexibilty in re arranging the work date due to unforeseen circumstances. On the day of work, he was on time and performed his job in a professional manner. The result was an excellent site for my building. It is graded properly, and looks good! Before he started, he listened to my concerns regarding protecting the surrounding trees, etc. and was very careful to leave the area surrounding the site as unspoiled as possible. I will use him again, should I need any excavating work. I recommend him without reservation.
Description of Work: Stripping the sod off the pole building site, and spreading it around carefully in the back acreage. Filling, raising, and leveling the site. Grading and smoothing the edges when done to give a finished look to the job.
