Lamms Water Well And Pump Service

I contacted Lamm's regarding my well pump not turning off. He sent a tech out the next morning to take a look at it. The tech (the owner's son) was fantastic. He did all the repairs to expectation and was pleasant to deal with. That's where the pleasantries end. The customer service (on the owner's part) was terrible. He showed up after the diagnosis was complete, and poorly communicated cost associated with the recommended repairs, and failed to explain why he was making these recommendations. He also refused to speak to the home warranty company (all they needed was a diagnosis from the contractor) and was rude to her on the phone. When I tried asking the cause (whether it was mechanical or user error) he was condescending and rude. He then answered a phone call from a colleague on speaker phone and mocked me. My husband then approached him in regards to his condescending and rude behavior and he immediately denied it and made excuses. At this point, the work was completed and they departed. The following day, the exact same original issue arose. Upon calling the owner to inform him, he was again disrespectful and refused to service the equipment. Upon calling a few other local well repair contractors, they were all quick to identify Lamm's as the original contractor with poor customer service. Evidently, this is his common business practice. I would never recommend this company!!!
