Description of Work: A squirrel got trapped in a chimney. Bob devised a way to intice the squirrel to leave and then blocked all openings where the squirrels could get in the chimneys or attics.

+ -1 moreThe provider came and set four traps in the attic for a potential critter in my attic. Upon setting the traps, he showed me in the attic where they may have been getting in. Within just a few hours, I could hear something in the trap. I called him and he came out again the next morning. Sure enough, there was a female squirrel in the trap. He removed the squirrel and reset the traps just to make sure there was nothing else. He followed up with me in a few days. He came out one more time, checked the traps and seeing no additional activity, he sealed off the areas where critters could get in and removed his traps. Bob was very professional and efficient in his work. He was timely and kept in good contact with me. He explained what he was doing and why. I would definitely use his services again (although I certainly hope I don't need to). I will also refer him to others who may need this type of service.
