Description of Work: They removed my old water and installed the tankless one if just a couple of hours, cleaned up the area and tested the system. It works perfectly. Very efficient job and professional installers. |

 + -1 moreShoemaker came out three different times over the course of several months, to look at my furnace, and *never* successfully repaired it. The recommendation was that I had an and quot;off brand' furnace, and i needed to replace it. This is a Nordyne that's about 7 years old! In spite of this, they had no problem billing me over $600! Will never use them again, won't ever recommend them to anyone. Stay away! I called someone else, who came out once, identified the problem, and charged me $78 for the service call. I have scheduled work to be done, based on their diagnosis.
Description of Work: Came out three different times to evaluate an intermittently functioning furnace.

 + 1 moreThey arrived on time and worked the entire day. Put in all new pipes, removed the debris, cleaned up everything.
Description of Work: Warm water was running slowly and the drains in the bathroom emptied slowly and plugged up quite often. I needed all new pipes in the basement. Shoemaker did an excellent job. They replaced everything, I could not be happier with their quality of work. Due to the increase in water pressure because the new pipes allowed the more water to flow through them, water leaked from something else. This was not their fault, but they came over immediately and took care of it.

 + 1 morethe employees arrived when expected, there was a problem with the current sump pump, which they recommended a solution. We were happy with the outcome. the back up system works great. Gives us peace of mind when we are away during stormy weather!
Description of Work: Kevin's team installed a back up sump pump system that runs off the water pressure of city water. We had just gone through a commercial power loss due to an ice storm. We spent three days on a generator and decided at that time to invest in the sump pump. While he was here we had some additional plumbing work done on a utility sink. The faucet had been broken for a long time, we had that replaced .

Description of Work: They flushed all of my radiators and my furnace. They also checked to make sure everything was in working order and running properly.
