+ -1 moreKyle, the owners son did the repair at a very reasonable price. After talking with him about what I have & the door I would like to have, I'm in the process of ordering a new insulated door from them. They are going to credit the cost of the repair to the new door!

Description of Work: I was not entirely thrilled when I suddenly encountered a problem with my garage door ... I can tend to be skeptical of repair people in general. I am so glad I called them. The man they sent out was just excellent. He was professional, helpful, sincere and willing to explain things to me. Who wants to write a check when they don't understand the problem? He took time and didn't seem as if he was in a hurry to get to the next repair appointment. He got to the bottom of the issue and didn't go for the biggest repair or anything like that ... it was a small issue and he only did what he needed to do and no more. I was very impressed and will call them again. I am glad to have a company to rely on in the future. I will call them without hesitation and you should, too.

+ -1 moreI'm happy with the service. They did a good job. We were having trouble in closing the garage door consistently and it is now fixed.
Description of Work: I used Pioneer Door to replace the photo cells which are those things that stop the garage door when it goes down and there's something in the way, they replaced those because they were old and flooded they adjusted the garage door opener.

The old doors were carefully removed, the new doors installed with attention to detail and waste material hauled away. My wife is very happy - what more needs to be said!
