He requested payment upfront. He sent an email telling me he was researching property records and comps then I never heard from him again. I have called and emailed several times and no response.

He came to the house. He told me what he would do. When I leave my house, he just left me a receipt which I paid for and I never heard from him since then. He took the money but did not provide the appraisal I asked for
