The Designer, Rachel was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the product and what we were looking for. She was very personable and took her time to ensure that she was placing the items that we needed. The quick service time was remarkable. They were made and installed very quickly! The installers were AWESOME!! Greg, Mark and the new helper Mike were very careful to leave the room clean. The work was impeccable. They ensured that everything was fitting properly and the finished look was perfect. They worked great together, the installation was completed in record time! The quality is GREAT! the shelving, hanging areas all very strong and able to hold the clothing.

Greg, the foreman, and Douglas were on time and worked steady for 6 hours with no breaks. When they finished, the room was left very clean. They cleaned up the garage also. If these two men come to your work site, you won't be disappointed.

Designer spent 4 1/2 hours with me to create a beautiful closet that would function well for me and was beautiful. Installer arrived on time, was very professional, worked hard, quickly as possible & with little mess which he cleaned up.

A+, sales representative was on time and answered all questions, install went perfect, Greg & Connor were on time protected surrounding area as not to damage existing floor, walls furniture etc., and finished on time with out rushing couldn't ask for it to go any better. Prices are a little high sales representative was willing to meet us half way with what we wanted and price so we feel it was a fair deal, majority of cost is labor at their fabrication facility in Auburn Hills Mi. and in the home installing. Bottom line closets look great!.

I loved this company from start (designer) to finish (the installer). The price was very reasonable compared to estimates I recieved from a few other companies. They were very professional and certainly knew what they were doing. Cabinets, drawers and shoe rack were a custom fit. Especially happy about the lifetime guarantee Nothing bad to say I loved everything about them and would highly recommend them.

Very well. One installer. Protected new carpeting with floor quilt. Worked steadily, no breaks. Quiet, not real chatty. Paid attention to detail. Caulked miters as needed. Took 3 hours.

Marilynn, the designer, was extremely helpful in picking out the product and designing the closets for my needs. Connor, the installer, did a fantastic job installing. I was impressed with the service from start to finish.

Kate guided us through the design process, suggested different options and was not at all pushy. She understood our needs and recommended the right products

Installers showed up on time. Were very nice and professional. They installed the shelving very quickly and professionally. They did a very good job. We really like the increased space in both closets. The service rep that came to our home for the initial consultation was very nice and helpful as well. She was very good at designing the closet space. The shelving sits on the floor and is secured to the studs in the wall. In total, it was a very good experience and was a decent price for a commercial closet company. You can get the same set up at Home depot, but you would have to customize it to fit your particular closets, and it would probably cost you more if you had a carpenter install it. Plus you would not get the benefit of a professional designer to help with the layout. All in all, we are happy with the choice.

After considering many alternatives we contacted Closets by Design. Even though they were located across the state they sent a representative, Rachel [Last Name Missing], who was very knowledgeable & helpful , we developed a plan for our garage & utility room which was well thought out. We were contacted about the installation date & the communications were very good with the company. The installers Darren & Douglas arrived early & it was obvious they knew what they were doing. They were very considerate & made some modifications for us that were not expected,but very appreciated. The quality of the cabinets was outstanding & the installation was very professionally done. Some may wonder about the price, but after many years & many contractors I firmly believe it is the quality & the workmanship that are critical. I highly recommend Closets by Design.
