Description of Work: Closet rod broke leaving closet unusable. Re did interior of bedroom closet increasing hanging space by approx 1/3.

 + -1 moreIt looks amazing! To start things out a designer came to the house to do a consultation and plan out exactly how we wanted the closets. She helped us to decide what finishes and layout were best for us. Several weeks later it was install day! The crew of 2 showed up on time and got right to work. After they were done cutting some pieces outside, they even cleaned off all the dust from the driveway. There were some issues that we were initially less than thrilled with. Bob, the installation manager, was very responsive to my concerns and the crew came back 2 days later to make sure I thought that everything was perfect! The installation crew, Doug and Conner, were great and very professional. They didn't mind me bugging them with multiple questions.
Description of Work: We moved into a home with an existing walk in closet system in the master. However, this system was not at all functional. CBD ripped out the old system and installed a completely new system. The system included multiple hanging sections, shelving sections, and a few drawers. We also had an additional bedroom closet done that was previously just a single hanging rod.

She was very professional, practical and straightforward. Darren, the person who installed our bookshelf was polite, courteous and efficient. His work was very neat and the area was spotless when he was done. I'm amazed at how fast he worked! I would definitely go back to Closets by Design again for any other work in our home, and would request Aleia and Darren! Highly recommend this company for their professionalism and promptness!

 + -1 moreThe installer showed up on time. He confirmed the specific system for each room. He had to take out a few wood shelves in the closets before assembling the new units. He installed the new units in each closet, cleaned up after each one. I was able to make sure that a specific shelf was the right height in the office closet for my copy machine. All in all, it was a great experience.
Description of Work: I needed 3 closets set up with some type of organization. I have always wanted to have someone come in and help me get organized and this seemed like a good fit. I got an estimate after discussing my needs and decided to sign up that day.

 + -1 moreLynn came 1st & got there early & pent all day helping us design our dream closet. She helped us with our budget then helped us get a good price. We paid over along time. Lynn left and Alyssa took over & made a few changes as we decided we didn't want to spend a lot of money & have a cheap looking closet. Se we paid a little more and then Greg put in our closet. He was early, super nice & helpful. He even cleaned up his mess & no one who has worked on our house has ever cleaned up after themselves. There were a few damaged pieces that he was given & he said he would get us new non-damaged pieces & would install them when they came in!

She was very punctual, met with me several times to discuss what I needed and then came up with a plan for all the spaces that were to be redesigned. Her plan met my needs to a tee. The installer, Mark, was also exceptional. He was very conscientious and did an excellent job. He cleaned up afterwards and even cleaned the shelving units he installed.
Description of Work: I had all the closets in my home redesigned, including an office space and garage.

 + 0 moreGreg was very professional when he installed the four bookcases and four workstations. They arrived on time and was ready to start installing within 1/2 hour of arrival. It took them time to get all the pieces from the truck into the house. They made a small mistake installing one of the counter tops and showed me what happened. They came back a week later and replaced the counter top. It was something I would never have noticed if they had not pointed it out.
Description of Work: I wanted a craft room and Aleia did a wonderful job designing it. I have separate work areas for sewing, scrapbooking, and jewelry making. Plus an area to work at home from my full time job. They have such a wide selection of cabinets and I was able to get cubbies installed in the bookcase to hold craft paper. Most of the shelves in the bookcases are adjustable. I do need assistance in moving the shelves because they are 3/4" thick and are very heavy. In my four work areas, there are cabinets under the counter tops. One has one drawer and two shelves. The second one has two shelves and one of them is a pull out shelf. The third has two deep drawers. The last one has three drawers. The four bookcases are set up as pairs. One pair has six shelves and fills an entire closet. The other pair has a different layout than the other. One has four shelves and the other has five small cubbies, two 3/4 shelves and three regular shelves. So much storage room, not sure I can fill them all.
